The present invention relates to a strength reinforcement device for polyurea. The strength reinforcement device for polyurea comprises: a fixed support plate having a moving wheel mounted on the lower part thereof at an interval; a raw material supply means disposed on the upper part of the fixed support plate and having a hopper to which silica sand or stone powder is supplied; a control means mounted on one side of the fixed support plate and adjusting a power source and the supply amount of silica sand or stone powder supplied through the hopper of the raw material supply means; a case mounted on the upper part of the fixed support plate and surrounding a part of the raw material supply means and the control means; and a discharge means for spraying silica sand or stone powder according to the operation of a power switch connected to the raw material supply means and mounted on one side. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a supply means discharge pipe of the raw material supply means through which the stone powder is discharged can be integrated with a polyurea gun so as to spray silica sand or stone powder together with the polyurea through the discharge means. Therefore, the strength and adhesive force of polyurea can be improved, and work time and costs can be reduced accordingly.
본 발명은 폴리우레아용 강도보강장치에 관한 것으로서, 하부에 간격을 두고 이동바퀴가 장착되는 고정지지판; 상기 고정지지판의 상부에 배치되고 규사나 돌가루가 공급되는 호퍼가 장착되는 원료공급수단; 상기 고정지지판의 일 측에 장착되고 전원과 원료공급수단의 호퍼를 통해 공급되는 규사나 돌가루의 공급량을 조절하는 제어수단; 상기 고정지지판의 상부에 장착되고 상기 원료공급수단의 일부와 제어수단을 감싸는 케이스; 및 상기 원료공급수단과 연결되고 일 측에 장착되는 전원 스위치의 작동에 따라 규사나 돌가루를 살포하는 배출수단;을 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 규사나 돌가루가 배출되는 원료공급수단의 공급수단 배출관을 폴리우레아 건에 일체로 구성하여, 상기 폴리우레아와 함께 규사나 돌가루를 배출수단을 통해 함께 살포할 수 있으므로 폴리우레아의 강도 및 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그에 따른 작업시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
