The present invention relates to a food processing apparatus, comprising: a food input portion into which food is introduced; a primary crushing means provided below a food stuffing portion; a secondary crushing means provided below the primary crushing means; a drainage bypass provided below the secondary crushing means to form a bypass to discharge water; and an agitator housing disposed below the secondary crushing means providing a space to decompose the food using microorganisms. The primary crushing means comprises: a crusher transmission gear rotated by receiving power of a motor; a crushing blade shaft connected to a crusher transmission gear; and a plurality of crushing blades arranged at predetermined intervals on the crushing blade shaft.
본 발명의 음식물 처리 장치는, 음식물이 투입되는 음식물 투입부와, 상기 음식물 투입부 하측에 구성되는 1차 분쇄 수단과, 상기 1차 분쇄 수단 하측에 구성되는 2차 분쇄 수단과, 상기 2차 분쇄 수단 하측에 배치되어, 물을 배출시키기 위한 우회로를 형성하는 배출수 우회로와, 상기 2차 분쇄 수단 하측에 배치되고, 음식물을 미생물을 이용하여 분해하는 공간을 제공하는 교반기 하우징을 포함하고, 상기 1차 분쇄 수단은 모터의 동력을 전달받아 회전되는 분쇄기 전달 기어와, 상기 분쇄기 전달 기어에 연결된 분쇄날 축과, 상기 분쇄날 축에 기설정된 간격으로 배치되는 복수의 분쇄날을 포함한다.
