Safety control system of switchboard equipped with safety key
Disclosed is a safety control system of a distribution board equipped with a safety key which controls a distribution board operation by determining a state of opening a door for a work or unintentional key motion and/or whether the door is opened through a control device configured in the distribution board and/or a control device configured in a control center when the distribution board and the control center are networked through wired and wireless internet network. The distribution board can control to block a power by detecting the key motion or the door open when the power is applied. Also, the control center can control to block the power by a remote area control based on a key flow value transmitted from the distribution board and/or a value of the door open.
개시된 안전키가 장착된 배전반의 안전 제어시스템은, 배전반과 관제센터가 유무선 인터넷망을 통해 네트워킹된 상태에서 배전반에 구성된 제어장치 및/또는 관제센터에 구성된 제어장치를 통해 작업을 위한 도어 개방상태 또는 의도하지 않은 키의 움직임 및/또는 도어의 개방여부를 판단하여 배전반 동작을 제어한다. 배전반에는 전원이 인가되고 있는 상태에서 키가 움직이거나 도어가 개방되는 것을 감지하여 전원을 차단하는 등의 제어가 가능하도록 하며, 관제센터 역시 배전반으로부터 전송되어 오는 키 유동값 및/또는 도어 개방값을 토대로 원격지 제어에 의해 전원을 차단하는 등의 동작이 가능하도록 한다.
