PAINTING METHOD FOR WATERPROOF PAINT ON CONCRETE WALL FOR CONCRETE WATER TANK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR WATERPROOF PAINT FOR THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method to coat a waterproof paint on a concrete wall of a concrete water tank, improved to allow a waterproofing layer to be coated and closely adhered on the concrete wall inside the concrete water tank and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, in a method sequentially coating 2-pack type primer coat and 2-pack type top coat to make the concrete wall of the concrete water tank waterproof, the 2-pack type primer coat is manufactured by comprising: a step (A) of uniformly mixing 20 to 30 wt% of a first stone powder with a predetermined size and shape with respect to 100 wt% of epoxy primer coat to prepare the primer coat; and a step (B) of uniformly mixing the prepared primer coat, a hardener, and a solvent in a volume ratio of 5 : 1 to 1.5 : 0 to 0.25. The first stone powder has a trigonal pyramid with four triangular surfaces, and the height of the trigonal pyramid of the first stone powder is 30 to 40 m.
본 발명은 콘크리트 물탱크 내부의 콘크리트 벽체에 방수층이 밀착하며 도포되도록 하기 위해 개선된 콘크리트 물탱크의 콘크리트 벽체의 방수페인트 도장방법 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 하도용 2액형 페인트와 상도용 2액형 페인트가 순차적으로 도포되어, 콘크리트 물탱크의 콘크리트 벽체에 방수가 이루어지게 하는 방수페인트 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 하도용 2액형 페인트는, (A) 하도용 에폭시 페인트 100중량부에 대하여 소정 크기 및 형태로 이루어진 제1돌가루 20~30중량부를 균일하게 혼합하여 하도용 페인트를 준비하는 단계와; (B) 준비된 상기 하도용 페인트, 경화제 및 희석제를 5 : 1~1.5 : 0~0.25의 부피비로 균일하게 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조되되, 상기 제1돌가루는 4개의 삼각면을 가진 삼각뿔 형태로 이루어지되, 상기 제1돌가루의 상기 삼각뿔의 높이는 30~40㎛로 이루어진 콘크리트 물탱크의 콘크리트 벽체의 방수페인트 제조방법을 제공한다.
