A bicycle holding device is disclosed. According to the present invention, the bicycle holding device comprises: a support installed inside a case; a lifting member coupled to be lifted to the support; and a locking device connected to the lifting member to be lifted with the lifting member together, restraining and releasing a bicycle by opening and closing one side thereof, and installed to be rotated in the lifting member.
