EXCAVATOR OF AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT AND CONNECTION
The present invention relates to a connection device for auxiliary equipment of an excavator. More specifically, the connection device for auxiliary equipment of an excavator is capable of freely replacing and operating the auxiliary equipment attached to the excavator and used during an operation. According to the present invention, the connection device for auxiliary equipment of an excavator comprises: a loop connection part installed and coupled to a towing loop of the excavator; a main body box having an inner space formed therein and installed on a lower part of the loop connection part; a pulley installed and coupled to a shaft of a first motor part disposed inside the main body box; a connection part penetrating the bottom surface of the main body box, connecting the auxiliary equipment used during the operation and the main body box; a second motor part disposed inside the main body box, to which the connection part is coupled, and rotating the connection part in the horizontal direction; and a cable having one end part with a coupling pin formed thereon to be coupled to the pulley and the other end penetrating the main body box to be coupled to the auxiliary equipment.
본 발명은 굴삭기 보조장비 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 굴삭기에 부착되어 작업에 사용되는 보조장비를 자유롭게 교체하고, 작동시킬 수 있는 굴삭기 보조장비 연결장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 굴삭기 보조장비 연결장치는, 굴삭기의 견인고리에 결합 설치되는 고리연결부; 내부에 수용공간이 마련되고, 상기 고리연결부의 하부에 설치되는 몸체박스; 상기 몸체박스의 내부에 마련되는 제1모터부의 축에 결합 설치되는 도르래; 상기 몸체박스의 하부면를 관통하여 설치되고, 작업에 사용되는 보조장비와 상기 몸체박스를 연결하는 연결부; 상기 몸체박스의 내부에 마련되고, 상기 연결부가 결합 설치되며, 상기 연결부를 수평방향으로 회전시키는 제2모터부; 및 일단부는 결합핀이 형성되어 상기 도르래에 결합 설치되고, 타단부는 상기 몸체박스를 관통하여 상기 보조장비와 결합되는 케이블;을 포함하고, 상기 보조장비는, 상기 연결부의 하측에 결합 설치되는 보조장비연결부; 두 개의 바 모양으로 형성되어, 서로 회동 가능하도록 결합핀에 의하여 결합되고, 일단부에 상기 케이블이 결합되는 링크바; 상기 보조장비연결부와 링크바를 연결하는 지지케이블 및 체인부; 상기 링크바의 단부에 형성되어, 물품을 집기 위한 집게부; 및 상기 링크바에 설치되어, 상기 물품을 고정시키는 가이드부;를 포함하며, 상기 제1모터부가 상기 도르래를 회전시키면 상기 케이블이 상기 도르래에 감기고 풀리면서 상하방향으로 이동하고, 상기 케이블이 결합되는 상기 보조장비의 링크바가 상하방향으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면 굴삭기의 암 또는 견인고리에 상하방향으로 높이 조절 가능한 케이블을 설치하여 작업에 사용되는 보조장비를 컨트롤함으로써, 보조장비를 정밀하게 컨트롤 할 수 있는 굴삭기 보조장비 연결장치가 제공된다.또한, 보조장비를 연결하는 연결부를 수평으로 회전할 수 있도록 함으로써, 보조장비의 수평방향 회전을 가능하게 하는 굴삭기 보조장비 연결장치가 제공된다.또한, 여러 종류의 보조장비를 용이하게 교체할 수 있게 함으로써, 작업 상황에 맞는 보조장비를 손쉽게 교체할 수 있는 굴삭기 보조장비 연결장치가 제공된다.

The present invention relates to a connection device for auxiliary equipment of an excavator. More specifically, the connection device for auxiliary equipment of an excavator is capable of freely replacing and operating the auxiliary equipment attached to the excavator and used during an operation.
