본 발명은 덩어리 분쇄 조절 방법을 공개한다. 이 방법은 (a) CT 전압값이 제1 전압 이상인지 판단하는 단계; (b) 상기 CT 전압값이 상기 제1 전압 이상인 것으로 판단된 경우에 구속 동작을 수행하는 단계; (c) 히터의 오프 상태가 제1 시간 이상 지속되었는지 여부 및 건조로 온도가 제1 온도 미만인지 여부를 판단하는 단계; (d) 상기 CT 전압값이 제2 전압 이상인지 판단하여 해당되는 경우 구속 동작을 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명에 의할 경우, 불가피하게 생성되는 덩어리의 크기를 효율적으로 줄이고 덩어리가 생기더라도 상황에 따라 분쇄강도를 조절하여 처리시간을 단축하고, 분쇄 스크류 나 분쇄모터가 파손되는 현상을 방지할 수 있어 제품의 신뢰도 및 내구성이 향상된다.
