The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a permeable block having a pattern, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a permeable block having a pattern, which comprises the steps of: determining draft design to determine margin and rim thickness in accordance with the size of the design to be set in the surface of a block; manufacturing a mold by forming edges with a permeable perforated plate and square iron with the determined size and thickness; applying a primer on the top surface of the manufactured mold; compacting and putting permeable concrete into the primer-applied mold leaving a predetermined thickness from the top surface; laser-processing the determined draft on the stainless steel plate; applying a primer on the laser-processed stainless steel plate; coating the applied stainless steel plate with an epoxy paint suitable for the draft design, scattering silica before being cured, and coating the epoxy paint again; bonding the coated stainless steel plate to the top of the mold; filling a cutting portion inside the stainless steel plate with a mixture of stone coat and natural stones; coating the surfaces of the mold and the stainless steel plate with an epoxy color paint one more time; and covering the top surface of the stainless steel plate with a protective film and accomplishing a finishing process.
본 발명은 문양을 갖는 투수블록 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명은 블록 표면에 들어갈 디자인 크기에 따른 여백 및 테두리 두께를 정하는 디자인 시안을 결정하는 단계; 결정된 크기와 두께의 투수될 수 있는 타공판 및 각철로 모서리를 잡아 거푸집을 제작하는 단계; 제작된 상기 거푸집의 상측면에 프라이머를 도장하는 단계; 상기 프라이머로 도장된 거푸집에 투수형 콘크리트를 상측면에서 일정 두께 만 남기고 잘 다져 넣는 단계; 상기 스테인리스 강판에 결정된 시안을 레이저 가공하는 단계; 상기 레이저 가공된 스테인리스 강판에 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; 상기 도포된 스테인리스 강판에 디자인 시안에 맞는 에폭시 페인트를 입힌 후 굳기 전에 규사를 뿌린 후, 상기 에폭시 페인트를 다시 한 번 도색하는 단계; 상기 도색된 스테인리스 강판을 상기 거푸집 위에 접합시키는 단계; 상기 스테인리스 강판의 내부 커팅부에 스톤코트와 천연석을 혼합하여 채워 넣는 단계; 상기 거푸집과 상기 스테인리스 강판의 표면에 다시 한 번 에폭시 칼라 페인트로 도색하여 마무리하는 단계; 상기 스테인리스 강판의 상면에 보호필름을 덮어 마감하는 단계;로 이루어진 문양을 갖는 투수블록 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
