The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) road traffic sign with replaceability and stability, fixated in a bolt fastening type to facilitate replacement. According to the present invention, the road traffic sign comprises: a panel (10) including a bottom plate (12), a reception groove (16) formed by a boundary wall (14), and a plurality of bolts (17) vertically protruding on a bottom plate (12) inside the reception groove (16); a light guide plate (LGP) (20) inserted and received in the reception groove (16), having a light guide part (23) formed inside a boundary part (21), including a plurality of LED lamps (25) installed inside the boundary part (21) and emitting light to the light guide part (23), and having a plurality of fastening holes (27) formed in a boundary side of the light guide part (23) to be penetrated by the corresponding bolt (17); a plurality of nuts (29) coupled to the bolt (17) penetrating the fastening hole (27) on the LGP (20) to fixated the LGP (20) on the bottom plate (12) of the panel (10); a guide sheet (30) made of a translucent material closely adhered to a top surface of the boundary wall (14) of the panel (10) where the LGP (20) is received and fixated, and having a printing layer (32) on a surface; and a fixation means (40) to couple and fixate the boundary side of the guide sheet (30) and the guide sheet (30) to the boundary wall (14) of the panel (10).
본 발명은 교체성 및 안정성을 겸비한 엘이디 도로 교통안전 표지판에 관한 것으로 LED램프가 장착된 도광판을 접착식이 아닌 볼트체결방식으로 고정함으로써 교체가 용이하고 풍압이나 진동 등 악조건에서도 뒤틀림 현상 없이 안정성 있는 고정력을 확보할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 도광판의 전체면에 조명이 균일한 휘도로 확산되도록 하기 위해, 바닥판체(12)와, 상기 바닥판체(12)의 테두리측으로 마련된 테두리벽(14)에 의해 형성되는 수용홈(16)과, 상기 수용홈(16)의 내측 바닥판체(12) 상에 수직 돌출 구비되는 다수의 볼트(17)를 갖는 판넬(10); 상기 수용홈(16)의 형태에 대응되는 테두리부(21)를 갖는 형태로 형성되어 수용홈(16) 내에 삽입 안착되고, 상기 테두리부(21)의 내측으로 도광부(23)가 마련되며, 상기 도광부(23)의 테두리 외측에 일정간격으로 형성되어 도광부(23)를 향해 빛을 조사하는 다수의 LED램프(25)가 설치되고, 상기 도광부(23)의 테두리측에 상기 볼트(17)에 대응 관통되는 다수의 체결공(27)이 형성되는 도광판(20); 상기 도광판(20) 상의 체결공(27)을 관통한 볼트(17)에 결합되어 판넬(10)의 바닥판체(12) 상에 도광판(20)을 고정하는 다수의 너트(29); 상기 도광판(20)이 안착 고정된 판넬(10)의 테두리벽(14) 상단면을 따라 밀착되는 반투명 재질이며, 표면 상에 인쇄층(32)이 형성된 안내시트(30); 상기 안내시트(30)를 판넬(10) 상에 고정하도록 안내시트(30)의 테두리측과 판넬(10)의 테두리벽(14)을 연결 고정하는 고정수단(40);을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 도광부(23)의 테두리 외측으로 둘레홈(26)이 형성되고, 상기 둘레홈(26)의 외측 내벽에 LED램프(25)가 도광부(23)를 향해 설치되며, 도광부(23)의 표면상에 격자 형태의 홈부(24)가 형성되어, 상기 LED램프(25)에서 도광부(23)의 홈부(24)로 조사된 빛이 도광부(23)의 표면 전체에 형성된 격자 형태의 홈부(24)에 의해 도광부(23)의 전체면에 조명이 균일한 휘도로 확산되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) road traffic sign with replaceability and stability, fixated in a bolt fastening type to facilitate replacement.
