MANUFACTURING METHOD AND COMPOSITION FOR A FUNCTIONAL SURFACE HARDENER FOR CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a functional surface hardener composition for concrete, capable of effectively maintaining the neutralization depth and penetration resistance of chloride ions even if time has passed after application, and to a manufacturing method. The functional surface hardener composition for concrete comprises: (A) 8-20 parts by weight of alkali silicate; (B) 1-10 parts by weight of alkyl amine having 8-22 carbon atoms; (C) 1-10 parts by weight of alcohol; (D) 1-5 parts by weight of an emulsifying agent; (E) 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of a penetrating surfactant; and (F) 30-60 parts by weight of water.
본 발명은 적용 후 시간이 경과하더라도 중성화깊이 및 염화물이온 침투저항성이 효과적으로 유지되는 콘크리트 기능성 표면강화제 조성물 및 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 (A) 알칼리 규산염 8~20중량부; (B) C8~22의 알킬아민 1~10중량부; (C) 알코올 1~10중량부; (D) 유화제 1~5중량부; (E) 침투성 계면활성제 0.5~2.0중량부; (F) 물 30~60중량부;를 포함하는 콘크리트 기능성 표면강화제 조성물 및 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
