The present invention relates to an end shoe for a bottom-open driven concrete pile and a bottom-open driven concrete pile with the end shoe to omit a field welding work by assembling the end shoe, which is manufactured by welding an upper shoe and a lower shoe in the state of having a plurality of fastening bolts between the upper shoe and the lower shoe, to the lower part of a concrete pile body by a bolt. The end shoe for a bottom-open driven concrete pile is coupled to the lower end of the concrete pile body whose lower part is open. The end shoe comprises: the ring-shaped upper shoe whose upper surface is coupled to the lower end of the concrete pile body; the ring-shaped lower shoe whose upper surface is coupled to be in close contact with the lower surface of the upper shoe; and the plurality of fastening bolts coupled to the upper shoe and fastening the upper shoe to a fastening nut provided at the lower end of the concrete pile body. A coupling hole through which the bolt body of the fastening bolt is inserted is formed on the upper shoe. A bolt head receiving part for receiving the bolt head of the fastening bolt is formed on the lower part of the coupling hole. The bolt head of the fastening bolt is disposed in the bolt head receiving part. The upper end of the bolt body is coupled to protrude toward the upper part of the upper shoe by a predetermined length through the coupling hole.
본 발명은 상부슈와 하부슈 사이에 복수의 체결볼트를 구비한 상태에서 상부슈와 하부슈를 용접하여 제작되는 선단슈를 콘크리트 말뚝 본체 하부에 볼트 조립함으로써, 현장 용접 작업을 생략할 수 있는 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝용 선단슈 및 선단슈가 구비된 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝용 선단슈는 하부가 개방된 콘크리트 말뚝 본체의 하단에 결합되는 것으로, 상기 선단슈는, 상면이 상기 콘크리트 말뚝 본체의 하단에 결합되기 위한 링 형상의 상부슈; 상면이 상기 상부슈의 하면에 밀착되도록 결합되는 링 형상의 하부슈; 및 상기 상부슈에 결합되어 상부슈를 콘크리트 말뚝 본체의 하단에 구비되는 체결너트에 체결하기 위한 복수의 체결볼트; 로 구성되되, 상기 상부슈에는 상기 체결볼트의 볼트몸체가 삽입 관통되는 결합공이 형성되고, 상기 결합공의 하부에는 체결볼트의 볼트머리가 삽입되어 수납되는 볼트머리수납부가 형성되어, 상기 체결볼트의 볼트머리가 볼트머리수납부에 수납되고 볼트몸체의 상단이 상기 결합공을 관통하여 상부슈의 상부로 일정 길이 돌출되도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an end shoe for a bottom-open driven concrete pile and a bottom-open driven concrete pile with the end shoe to omit a field welding work by assembling the end shoe, which is manufactured by welding an upper shoe and a lower shoe in the state of having a plurality of fastening bolts between the upper shoe and the lower shoe, to the lower part of a concrete pile body by a bolt. A coupling hole through which the bolt body of the fastening bolt is inserted is formed on the upper shoe. A bolt head receiving part for receiving the bolt head of the fastening bolt is formed on the lower part of the coupling hole. The bolt head of the fastening bolt is disposed in the bolt head receiving part. The upper end of the bolt body is coupled to protrude toward the upper part of the upper shoe by a predetermined length through the coupling hole.
본 발명은 상부슈와 하부슈 사이에 복수의 체결볼트를 구비한 상태에서 상부슈와 하부슈를 용접하여 제작되는 선단슈를 콘크리트 말뚝 본체 하부에 볼트 조립함으로써, 현장 용접 작업을 생략할 수 있는 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝용 선단슈 및 선단슈가 구비된 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝용 선단슈는 하부가 개방된 콘크리트 말뚝 본체의 하단에 결합되는 것으로, 상기 선단슈는, 상면이 상기 콘크리트 말뚝 본체의 하단에 결합되기 위한 링 형상의 상부슈; 상면이 상기 상부슈의 하면에 밀착되도록 결합되는 링 형상의 하부슈; 및 상기 상부슈에 결합되어 상부슈를 콘크리트 말뚝 본체의 하단에 구비되는 체결너트에 체결하기 위한 복수의 체결볼트; 로 구성되되, 상기 상부슈에는 상기 체결볼트의 볼트몸체가 삽입 관통되는 결합공이 형성되고, 상기 결합공의 하부에는 체결볼트의 볼트머리가 삽입되어 수납되는 볼트머리수납부가 형성되어, 상기 체결볼트의 볼트머리가 볼트머리수납부에 수납되고 볼트몸체의 상단이 상기 결합공을 관통하여 상부슈의 상부로 일정 길이 돌출되도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
