The present invention relates to a water-permeable type elastic pavement material using environment-friendly rubber powder and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water-permeable type elastic pavement material may comprise: an elastic pavement unit formed in an upper end of a base layer, wherein rubber powder and an N-halamine composition are mixed; and a water-permeable bracket placed between the base layer and the elastic pavement unit, and collecting water flowing from a gap of the elastic pavement unit to be discharged to a lower portion of the base layer.
본 출원은 친환경 고무분말을 이용한 투수형 탄성포장재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 투수형 탄성포장재는, 고무분말과 N-할라민 조성물을 혼합한 것으로, 기층의 상단에 형성되는 탄성포장부; 및 상기 기층과 탄성포장부 사이에 위치하며, 상기 탄성포장부의 공극에서 흘러나온 물을 포집하여, 상기 기층의 하부로 배출시키는 투수 브라켓을 포함할 수 있다.
