ECO-FRIENDLY FINISHING COMPOSITION FOR PROTECTING SURFACE AND FINISHING METHOD FOR PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly finishing agent composition for surface protection and a finishing method of protecting the surface of a concrete structure using the same. The eco-friendly finishing agent composition for surface protection comprises 1 to 60 wt% of a modified filler, 5 to 95 wt% of a modified admixture, and 0.1 to 25 wt% of water. The modified admixture includes: 25 to 99 wt% of an acryl-epoxy copolymer; 0.1 to 20 wt% of a styrene--methoxy styrene copolymer; 0.01 to 20 wt% of an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer; 0.01 to 20 wt% of an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer; and 0.01 to 20 wt% of a styrene-methyl acrylate copolymer. The modified filler includes: 5 to 70 wt% of heavy calcium carbonate; 0.1 to 30 wt% of vermiculite; 0.1 to 30 wt% of sericite powder; 0.1 to 20 wt% of silicon dioxide; 0.01 to 10 wt% of cyclohexylamine nitrite; 0.01 to 10 wt% of sodium fluoride; 0.01 to 10 wt% of zeolite; and 0.01 to 10 wt% of cerium oxide. The eco-friendly finishing agent composition for surface protection according to the present invention can realize an increase in lifetime of the concrete structure, reduction of maintenance costs, and improvement of construction performance by having excellent resistance to chloride attack, chemical resistance, neutralization resistance, durability, adhesion properties, waterproof properties, and the like. Further, the eco-friendly finishing agent composition for surface protection according to the present invention can obtain a cost reduction effect by shortening the construction period since it is not necessary to dry the composition as in the case of an existing organic-based resin by enabling the composition to be constructed and exhibit excellent adhesive strength even when a base surface is in a wet state.
본 발명은, 개질 충전재 1∼60중량%, 개질 혼화제 5∼95중량% 및 물 0.1~25중량%를 포함하며, 상기 개질 혼화제는 아크릴-에폭시 공중합체 25∼99중량%, 스티렌-ρ-메톡시스티렌 공중합체 0.1∼20중량%, 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 0.01∼20중량%, 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 공중합체 0.01~20중량% 및 스티렌-메틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 0.01∼20중량%를 포함하고, 상기 개질 충전재는 중질탄산칼슘 5~70중량%, 질석 0.1~30중량%, 견운모 분말 0.1~30중량%, 이산화규소 0.1~20중량%, 시클로헥실아민 아질산염 0.01∼10중량%, 플루오린화 나트륨 0.01~10중량%, 제올라이트 0.01~10중량% 및 산화 세륨 0.01∼10중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 표면 보호 마감제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 표면 보호 마감 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 내염해성, 내화학성, 중성화 저항성, 내구성, 부착성, 방수성 등이 우수하여 콘크리트 구조물의 공용기간 증가, 유지보수비용 절감 및 시공성 향상을 구현할 수 있다. 또한, 바탕면이 습윤 상태에서도 시공이 가능하고 우수한 접착력을 나타내 기존 유기계 수지에서처럼 건조할 필요가 없어 시공기간을 단축할 수 있어 비용 절감효과를 얻을 수 있다.
