The present invention relates to a eurofoam support binding apparatus for a form and, more specifically, relates to a eurofoam support binding apparatus for a form capable of supporting and holding the form by stably maintaining the form when forming the form using a plurality of eurofoams. The eurofoam support binding apparatus comprises a eurofoam, a support frame, a wedge pin, and a clamp. The eurofoam has through holes, formed on a side surface frame, which consists of a vertical frame and a horizontal frame forming the eurofoam, to be spaced from each other at predetermined intervals; and has insertion groove parts formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof to correspond to the through holes. The support frame is seated on an upper end of an outer circumference of the vertical frame forming the side surface frame of the eurofoam; has coupling members formed on ends of both sides thereof; has vertical support members positioned on the surface parts of the coupling members and a coupling hole; and forms a horizontal support member where an insertion hole is formed. The wedge pin has a locking protrusion piece formed on one side thereof having a pin-shape, and has a through hole formed on the other side thereof.
본 발명은 거푸집용 유로폼 지지결속장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다수의 유로폼으로 거푸집을 형성시 상기 거푸집을 안정적으로 유지하여 지지고정할 수 있도록 한 거푸집용 유로폼 지지결속장치는 상기 유로폼을 형성시키는 수직프레임과 수평프레임으로 이루어진 측면프레임에는 일정한 간격으로 이격된 관통공이 형성되고 상기 관통공과 대응되는 외주면에는 삽입홈부가 형성된 유로폼과 상기 유로폼의 측면프레임을 형성하는 수직프레임 외주 상단에 안착되며 상기 측면프레임의 수직프레임에 형성된 삽입홈부에 삽입되도록 양측 끝단에는 체결부재를 형성하되 상기 체결부재의 면부에는 체결공이 형성된 수직지지부재가 구비되고 상기 수직지지부재가 교차되어 상기 유로폼의 측면프레임에 형성되는 수평프레임 외주 상단에 안착되며 상기 측면프레임의 수평프레임에 형성된 삽입홈부와 대응되는 위치에 삽입공이 형성된 수평지지부재를 이룬 지지프레임과 상기 지지프레임의 체결공와 삽입공에 삽입되어 상기 유로폼의 관통공과 삽입홈부에 삽입결합될 수 있도록 핀형상으로 일측에 걸림돌기편이 형성되고 타측면부에는 통공이 형성된 웨지핀과 상기 지지프레임의 수직지지부재와 수평지지부재 일측면부에 결합되어 회동할 수 있도록 바닥부에는 힌지부재가 설치되고 상부에는 안착홈부가 형성되며 일측상단과 타측단에는 힌지축이 설치된 안착부재가 구비되고 상기 안착부재의 일측상단 힌지축에 결합되어 회동하는 덮개부재가 설치되며 상기 안착부재의 타측단 힌지축에는 상기 덮개부재를 고정할 수 있도록 너트와 볼트로 구성된 고정부재가 설치된 클램프를 포함하여 이루어진 구조이다.
