Apparatus of guide casing for a ground excavator and drilling method using thereof
The present invention relates to a casing guide device for an excavator, capable of providing a continuous wall with high waterproof effect. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a first guide body having a round part, which has at least one region of the inner surface rounded in a predetermined shape, formed in a longitudinal direction; a second guide body having a round part, which has at least one region of the inner surface rounded in a predetermined shape, formed in a longitudinal direction, and facing the first guide body; one or more first fastening parts installed in an upper surface of the first and second guide bodies to fasten the first and second guide bodies with each other; and one or more second fastening parts installed on a lower inner surface of the first and second guide bodies to fasten the first and second guide bodies with each other. Each inner surface of the first and second guide bodies is disposed to face each other so as to form a casing reception part having a circular cross section corresponding to the outer surface of a casing by the round part formed in each guide body. The second fastening part includes: a box reception part inwardly recessed from the lower inner surface of the first and second guide bodies; and a fastening box inserted into the box reception part.
본 발명은 지반 굴착기용 케이싱 가이드 장치에 대한 것으로, 길이방향을 따라 내측면 적어도 일영역이 소정형상으로 라운드지는 라운드부가 형성되는 제1 가이드본체; 길이방향을 따라 내측면 적어도 일영역이 소정형상으로 라운드지는 라운드부가 형성되며 상기 제1 가이드본체와 대향하는 제2 가이드본체; 상기 제1 및 제2 가이드본체 상부면에 각각 구비되어 상기 제1 가이드본체와 상기 제2 가이드본체를 상호 결속시키는 하나 이상의 제1 체결부; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 가이드본체의 하부 내측면 각각 구비되어 상기 제1 가이드본체와 상기 제2 가이드본체를 상호 결속시키는 하나 이상의 제2 체결부;를 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 가이드본체는 각각의 내측면이 서로 이격되어 대면하도록 배치되어 각각에 구비되는 라운드부에 의하여 케이싱의 외면에 대응되도록 단면이 원형인 케이싱수납부를 형성하고, 상기 제2 체결부는 상기 제1 및 제2 가이드본체의 하부 내측면에서 내측으로 오목하게 구비되는 박스수납부와, 상기 박스수납부 내에는 삽입되는 체결박스를 포함하는 지반 굴착기용 케이싱 가이드 장치를 포함한다.
