An earthquake proof structure of curtain wall window fastener
The present invention relates to a seismic design structure of a fastener for a curtain wall window, maximizing efficiency in a seismic design. To achieve this, the structure includes a curtain wall window structure comprising: a frame to align and fixate a window; and a fastener to fixate the frame on a wall. The fastener is formed to closely be adhered and fixated on two or more surfaces of the frame, and a buffering member interposed between the fastener and the surface closely adhered to the frame. The fastener comprises: a wall fixation part including a first fixation part fixated on the wall and a first facing part extended from the first fixation part in a straight line facing one surface of the frame; and a second facing part vertically extended from the wall fixation part facing the other surface of the frame.
본 발명은 커튼월 창호 화스너의 내진설계 구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 커튼월 화스너와 프레임 간에 밀착면을 2면 이상으로 구성하고, 그 밀착면 사이에 완충부재를 개재하여 내진설계 효율성을 극대화한 커튼월 창호 화스너의 내진설계 구조에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 창호를 배열하여 고정시키는 프레임과, 상기 프레임을 벽체에 고정시키는 화스너를 포함하는 커튼월 창호구조가 마련되고, 상기 화스너는 프레임의 2면 이상에 밀착되어 고정될 수 있도록 구성되고, 상기 화스너와 프레임이 서로 밀착된 밀착면 사이에는 완충부재가 개재되며, 상기 화스너는, 벽체에 고정된 제1고정부와, 상기 제1고정부로부터 일직선으로 연장 형성되며 프레임의 일면에 대향된 제1대향부로 구성된 벽체고정부;상기 벽체고정부로부터 수직으로 연장 형성되며, 프레임의 타면에 대향된 제2대향부:를 포함하고, 상기 완충부재는 제1대향부와 프레임 사이 및, 제2대향부와 프레임 사이에 개재되고, 상기 벽체고정부는, 상기 제1대향부로부터 일직선으로 연장 형성되어 벽체에 고정된 제2고정부를 더 형성하고, 상기 벽체고정부로부터 수직으로 연장 형성되되 프레임을 사이에 두고 상기 제2대향부와 수평하게 형성된 제3대향부가 더 형성되며, 상기 완충부재는 제3대향부와 프레임 사이에 더 개재되며, 제2대향부와 제3대향부는 각각, 벽체고정부로부터 서로를 향해 경사지게 형성되어, 제2대향부와 제3대향부 사이에 프레임 체결력이 극대화되도록 하고, 제2대향부와 제3대향부 각각에는 단차진 스토퍼가 형성되어 제2대향부 및 제3대향부 상에서 완충부재의 위치를 가이드해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼월 창호 화스너의 내진설계 구조를 제공한다.
