PC LEGO-type PC house construction method and apparatus therefor
The present invention relates to a construction method for a Lego type PC house, and a device for the same. According to the present invention, a stair structure having a vertical moving unit by being piled and constructed in an upper part of a center of a foundation structure in which a foundation joint is buried; a house structure having a residential space by being piled and constructed at a same height as that of the stair structure on an upper part of the foundation structure on both sides of the front and rear sides of the stair structure; and a path structure finished to be connected to the upper part of the stair structure, and moving inside or outside an upper end (rooftop) of the house structure standardized and manufactured in great quantities. Also, the stair structure, the house structure, and the path structure are assembled in a piling structure in a joint type. Also, a ceiling structure constructed on the upper part of the house structure and connected to the stair structure which is a moving space has excellent performance of assembly as a prefabricated Lego type PC deck is connected to the house structure. Also, the structures are vertically and repeatedly connected, and strength against a natural disaster such as an earthquake is able to be maintained. Also, the Lego type PC house is constructed at low costs, helping houses to be supplied to regular people.
본 발명은 레고형 PC하우스 시공방법 및 그에 따른 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 기초조인트가 매설된 기초구조물의 중앙 상부에 적층시공되어 수직이동간이 마련되는 계단구조물과, 계단구조물의 전후면 양측의 기초구조물 상부에 계단구조물과 동일 높이로 적층시공되어 주거공간이 마련되는 하우스구조물과, 계단구조물의 상부에 연통되게 마감시공되어 하우스구조물의 상단(옥상)으로 출입할 수 있는 통로구조물을 규격화하여 다량으로 제작하여 조인트 타입으로써 적층 구조로 조립할 수 있고, 또한 하우스구조물의 상부에 시공되어 이동공간인 계단구조물과 연통되는 천정구조물은, 미리 제작된 레고 PC데크를 하우스구조물에 연결 시공함으로써 조립성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 구조물 들이 상하로 반복적으로 연결되어 지진 등의 자연재해에도 강도를 유지할 수 있고, 비용이 저렴하여 서민들의 주택보급에 도움을 줄 수 있는 것이다.
