The present invention relates to a structure to connect a member, simply cut, assembled, and processed to increase constructability and reduce personnel costs. According to the present invention, the structure comprises: a first member (100) having a cross section with a constant shape in a longitudinal direction; a second member (200) connected to a middle part of the first member (100) at a right angle; and a connector (400) installed in a connection portion between the first and second members (100, 200). The first member (100) includes: a first horizontal plate (110); a pair of first side plates (120, 130) extended from an edge of the first horizontal plate (110) at a right angle and formed in parallel to each other; and a central plate (140) formed in parallel to the first side plates (120, 130). The second member (200, 200) is fixated while being in contact with the first side plates (120, 130) of the first member (100) at a right angle.
본 발명은 간편하게 절단, 조립, 가공을 하여 시공성을 높이고 인건비를 절약하게 하는 부재 연결구조에 관한 것이다. 그의 구성은; 길이방향을 따라 단면이 일정한 형태로 되어 있는 제1부재(100); 상기 제1부재(100)의 중간에 그와 직각으로 연결되는 제2부재(200); 상기 제1부재(100)와 제2부재(200)의 연결부위에 설치되는 커넥터(400);를 포함하되; 상기 제1부재(100)는 제1횡판(110), 상기 제1횡판(110)의 가장자리에서 직각으로 연장되는 것으로서 서로 평행을 이루는 한쌍의 제1측판(120,130) 및 상기 제1측판(120,130)과 평행을 이루는 것으로서, 상기 제1측판(120,130)의 중간에 설치되는 중심판(140)을 포함함으로써 단면이 "E" 형태로 되어 있으며; 상기 제2부재(200,200')는 상기 제1부재(100)의 제1측판(120,130)에 직각으로 접촉한 상태로 고정되는 것으로서, 제2횡판(210) 및 상기 제2횡판(210)의 가장자리에서 직각으로 연장되는 것으로서 서로 평행을 이루는 한쌍의 제2측판(220,230)을 포함함으로써 길이방향을 따라 단면이 ""로 일정하게 되어 있으며; 상기 커넥터(400,400')는 상기 제1측판(120,130)에 나사로써 결합하는 제1부재결합판(410)과; 상기 제2측판(220,230)에 결합하는 제2부재결합판(420,430) (440,450)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a structure to connect a member, simply cut, assembled, and processed to increase constructability and reduce personnel costs. According to the present invention, the structure comprises: a first member (100) having a cross section with a constant shape in a longitudinal direction; a second member (200) connected to a middle part of the first member (100) at a right angle; and a connector (400) installed in a connection portion between the first and second members (100, 200).
