The present invention relates to a water-based emulsion type thermal barrier waterproof flooring material composition for reducing a radiant heat island effect, which can have waterproof and thermal barrier functions by coating a roof surface or a road surface of a building, and more particularly, in the present invention, a cyclohexyl methacrylate-silicone-modified acrylic copolymer resin is contained to improve the waterproof and thermal barrier functions without affecting existing properties while improving pollution resistance, washing resistance, water repellency, weather resistance, stretchability and low-temperature dependency.
본 발명은 건축물의 지붕면이나 도로표면에 코팅하여 방수와 차열 기능을 동시에 가질 수 있는 도심열섬현상을 저감시키는 수계 에멀젼형 차열 방수용 바닥재 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 시클로헥실메타크릴레이트(Cyclohexyl Methacrylate)-실리콘(Silicone) 변성아크릴공중합수지를 포함하여 내오염성, 내세척성, 발수성, 내후성, 신축성 및 저온온도 의존성을 향상시킬 수 있으면서, 방수 및 차열 성능을 기존의 물성에 영향을 주지 않으면서 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
