HOLLOW SLAB FABRICATING APPARATUS USING TUBE AND HOLLOW SLAB FABRICATED THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a hollow slab using a vinyl tube, capable of manufacturing a hollow slab in a frame by manufacturing a hollow tube, and to a hollow slab manufactured by using the same. The apparatus for manufacturing a hollow slab using a vinyl tube comprises: the vinyl tube arranged in the vertical direction in an internal space (S) of a hollow slab frame including one side and the other side end frames and both side frames; a tendon arranged to penetrate one side and the other side end frames via the internal space (S); and a lattice-shaped vinyl tube buoyancy prevention net arranged to be unfolded in the longitudinal direction of the frame along the tendon while being initially installed to overlap with the upper surface of the vinyl tube and preventing buoyancy of the vinyl tube by hollow slab concrete (C).
보다 경제적으로 중공튜브를 제작하여 형틀에서 중공슬래브를 제작할 수 있는 비닐튜브를 이용한 중공슬래브 제작장치 및 이를 이용하여 제작된 중공슬래브에 관한 것으로서 상기 비닐튜브를 이용한 중공슬래브 제작장치는 일측 및 타측 단부프레임과 양 측면프레임을 포함하는 중공슬래브용 형틀의 내측공간(S)에 종방향으로 배치된 비닐튜브; 상기 내측공간(S)을 경유하여 일측 및 타측 단부프레임을 관통하도록 배치된 긴장재; 및 상기 비닐튜브 상면에 접쳐 초기 설치된 상태에서 배치된 긴장재를 따라 형틀의 길이방향으로 펼쳐지면서 배치되고, 중공슬래브 콘크리트(C)에 의한 비닐튜브의 부력을 방지하도록 설치된 격자형태의 비닐튜브부력방지망;을 포함한다.
