The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a body only for shower water, and a shower faucet having the body only for shower water manufactured thereof. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing a body only for shower water comprises: a cover portion manufacturing step of manufacturing a cover portion composing an entire surface of the body only for shower water in a pressing process; a body portion manufacturing step of manufacturing, in an extrusion process, a body portion with which the cover portion is joined on one side thereof and which has a box shape opened on both sides thereof; and a part assembling step of bolt-assembling the cover portion and the body portion which have been manufactured in the above steps into a single body.
본 발명은 샤워수전용 바디 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제조된 샤워수전용 바디를 구비하는 샤워수전에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 샤워수전용 바디 제조방법은 샤워수전용 바디의 전면을 이루는 커버부를 프레스 공정으로 제조하는 프레스 공정에 의한 커버부 제조단계; 양면이 개방된 박스(box) 형상을 가지되 일 측면에서 상기 커버부가 결합될 바디부를 압출 공정으로 제조하는 압출 공정에 의한 바디부 제조단계; 및 상기 단계들에서 제조 완료된 커버부와 바디부를 볼트 조립하여 하나의 몸체로 조립하는 볼트에 의한 부품 조립단계를 포함한다.
