The present invention relates to a kitchen bowl used in a kitchen. In particular, a drain means is provided on the bottom surface of the bowl, and the drain means is easy to remove and attach, is easy to open and close, and has improved drainage performance. When forming a drain on the bottom surface of the kitchen bowl, a support frame is provided so as to be horizontal with the bottom surface of the kitchen bowl. A vertical wall and the bottom surface are provided below the support frame. A drain hole is formed on the vertical wall. A restraining opened surface is extended from the same plane as the support frame to select the opening and closing of the drain hole by the right and left movement of an opening and closing stopper on one side equipped with the support frame. A support base is provided on the back surface of the bottom surface of the kitchen bowl so the drain hole formed on the vertical wall is exposed.
본 발명은 주방에서 사용되는 주방용 볼(BOWL)에 관한 것으로, 특히 볼의 바닥면에 배수수단이 구비되고, 상기 배수수단은 탈착이 용이하면서도 개폐가 용이하면서 배수력이 개선토록 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 주방용볼의 바닥면에 배수구를 형성함에 있어서, 주방용볼의 바닥면과 수평을 유지하도록 받침테를 구비하고, 상기 받침테의 하방으로는 직관벽과 바닥면을 구비하며 상기 직관벽에는 배수공을 형성토록 하고, 상기 받침테가 구비된 어느 일측으로는 개폐마개의 좌우 단속에 의하여 배수공의 차단과 열림이 선택되어지도록 단속개구면을 받침테와 동일면에서 연장토록 하고, 주방용볼의 바닥면의 이면으로는 상기 직관벽에 형성된 배수공이 노출되어지도록 지지대가 구비되어지는 것이다.
