Apparatus for Hanger Display Advertisement Using Guard Rail
The present invention relates to a device for allowing a public service or commercial display advertisement on a guardrail installed on roadside, which comprises: posts (2-4) installed at regular intervals inside a boundary stone (B) which separates a sidewalk and a road; a transverse stand (7) horizontally installed at regular intervals between the posts (2-4); an electronic display panel (10) installed on a front surface of the transverse stand (7) to display a display advertisement; a post panel (12) installed on the front surface of the transverse stand (7), and fixing and coupling a banner (13) thereto; a post rotation device (20) for rotating and reversely rotating the posts (2-4) at a constant angle; and a control panel (40) for providing an image displayed on the electronic display panel (10), and controlling rotation of the post rotation device (20). A guardrail (1) formed with the posts (2-4) and the transverse stand (7) is installed on one side of a roadside or a crosswalk. According to the present invention, various messages such as a public service advertisement including search for a missing child, a disaster text, a safety warning, and a wanted criminal, all kinds of events, or a local commercial advertisement, etc., can be displayed through a display advertisement installed on a guardrail. Also, an advertisement image can be easily recognized even at a long distance by being installed at a constant angle with a road or a sidewalk. Additionally, a safe walking of a pedestrian crossing the crosswalk is promoted by being installed around the crosswalk. That is, an attention and visibility of the display advertisement and a function of a guardrail are improved.
본 발명은 도로변에 설치된 가드레일에 공익 및 상업용 디스플레이 광고를 할 수 있도록 하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 보도와 차도를 구분하는 경계석(B) 내측에 일정 간격을 두고 설치된 지주(2-4); 상기 지주(2-4) 사이에 가로로 일정 간격을 두고 설치된 횡주(7); 상기 횡주(7) 전면에 설치되어 디스플레이 광고를 표출하는 전광패널(10); 상기 횡주(7) 전면에 설치되어 현수막(13)을 고정 결합하는 게시패널(12); 상기 지주(2-4)를 일정 각도로 정회전 및 역회전시키는 지주 회전장치(20), 및 상기 전광패널(10)에 표출되는 영상이미지를 제공하고 지주 회전장치(20)의 회전을 제어하는 제어반(40)을 포함하고, 상기 지주(2-4)와 횡주(7)로 이루어진 가드레일(1)이 도로변 또는 횡단보도 일측에 설치된 것이다. 본 발명은 가드레일에 설치된 디스플레이 광고를 통해 미아 찾기, 재난문자, 안전경고, 공개수배자 등의 공익광고나 각종 행사나 지역적인 상업광고 등 다양한 메시지를 표출할 수 있도록 하고, 차도나 보도와 일정 각도로 설치되어 원거리에서도 광고 이미지를 쉽게 인식할 수 있으며, 횡단보도 주변에 설치되어 횡단보도를 건너는 보행자의 안전보행을 도모하는 등 디스플레이 광고의 주목성과 시인성 확대와 가드레일의 기능을 향상시킨 것이다.
