Tower crane tower with openable door
Disclosed is a tower cranes with a protective door which can be opened and closed. The tower crane comprises: a protective door frame disposed on a worker path of the tower crane and coupled to a support of the tower crane, the guard door frame including a rectangular bottom frame and side wall frames provided on at least three sides of the bottom frame; an intrusion prevention net blocking an open central portion of the bottom frame, and having an open partial area to form an entrance through which the worker enters and exits; an opening/closing door installed to slide on the bottom frame, opening/closing the entrance; and a door opening/closing unit configured to open and close the opening/closing door. It is possible to prevent an unauthorized person from entering the tower crane by installing the opening/closing door that automatically opens/closes a passageway by a wireless remote control system, a card key system, a fingerprint system or the like on the worker path of the tower crane.
개폐 가능한 방호문이 구비된 타워크레인이 개시되어 있다. 개시된 개폐 가능한 방호문이 구비된 타워크레인은 제1 실시예에 따르면, 타워크레인의 작업자 통로 상에 배치된 채, 타워크레인의 지주에 결합되며 사각형상의 바닥프레임과, 상기 바닥프레임의 적어도 3변 상에 마련되는 측벽프레임으로 이루어진 방호문 프레임; 상기 바닥프레임의 개구된 중앙부분을 차단하되, 일부 영역은 개구하여 작업자가 출입하는 출입구를 형성하는 침입방지망; 상기 바닥프레임에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치된 채, 상기 출입구를 개폐하는 개폐도어; 및 상기 개폐도어를 개폐 작동시키기 위한 도어 개폐수단을 포함하되, 상기 도어 개폐수단은, 상기 방호문 프레임의 내부 일측에 배치된 채 측벽프레임에 고정 설치되는 기계실 박스와, 상기 기계실 박스의 내부에 설치되는 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터에 축 결합된 채 구동모터의 회전동력에 의해 회전되는 구동휠과, 상기 기계실 박스의 내부에 설치된 채 상기 구동휠과 일정간격을 두고 수평 이격되게 배치되는 아이들 휠과, 상기 구동휠과 아이들 휠을 무한궤도 형태로 연결하며 상기 개폐도어와 브라켓을 매개로 연결되는 체인벨트와, 상기 기계실 박스의 하부에 고정됨과 아울러 상기 개폐도어의 상부 일측에 배치되는 제1 가이드레일과, 상기 방호문 프레임의 측벽프레임에 고정됨과 아울러 상기 개폐도어의 상부 타측에 배치되는 제2 가이드레일과, 상기 개폐도어의 상면 일측에 고정된 채 상기 제1 가이드레일과 취합되는 제1 가이드롤러와, 상기 개폐도어의 상면 타측에 고정된 채 상기 제2 가이드레일과 취합되는 제2 가이드롤러로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
