PDF POLYETHYLENE DOUBLE FRAME PANEL WATER TANK
The present invention relates to a polyethylene double frame (PDF) panel water tank. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the PDF panel water tank comprises: a floor frame having base concrete arranged and installed on a horizontal surface; a body installed in an upper portion of the floor frame and provided with an internal space, wherein a protrusion is formed in one end, and a groove portion is formed in the other end; and a foam heat reserving material inserted to be drawn out of the internal space of the body to reserve heat of a PDF panel, and provided with a flexible space formed to be penetrated along a longitudinal direction therein, wherein a cross section is circular or polygonal. Therefore, as the foam heat reserving material is filled in the internal space of the PDF panel, heat of the PDF panel can be reserved to prevent dew condensation. Therefore, a dew condensation phenomenon can be prevented to effectively improve reliability of the PDF panel water tank.
본 발명은 PDF 패널 물탱크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 PDF 패널 물탱크는 수평면에 배열 설치된 기초콘크리트를 포함하는 바닥프레임, 상기 바닥프레임의 상부에 설치되며 일단에 돌출부가 형성되고 타단에 홈부가 형성되며 내부공간이 마련된 몸체 및 상기 몸체의 내부공간에 인출 가능하도록 삽입되어 PDF 패널을 보온하며 내부에 길이방향을 따라 관통 형성되며 횡단면이 원형 또는 다각형인 신축공간이 마련된 발포성 보온재를 포함한다. 따라서 상기 발포성 보온재를 PDF 패널의 내부공간에 채움으로써, 상기 PDF 패널을 보온하여 결로 현상을 방지할 수 있어 PDF 패널 물탱크의 신뢰성 향상에 효과적이다.
