EXPANSION JOINT FOR UNDERGROUND DRIVEWAYS AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to an expansion joint for an underground driveway which quickly discharges leachate permeating from a road side of the underground driveway to concrete blocks and introduced to the expansion joint, thereby preventing the expansion joint from being damaged by the leachate and other related adverse effects, and a construction method. Accordingly, the expansion joint is configured such that the plurality of concrete blocks (10, 10), each of which is formed in a box shape to form an underground driveway space, are connected to each other, cutting grooves (11) are formed in bottom surfaces of both sides of connection portions of the concrete blocks (10, 10), and an expansion joint material (20) is installed in the cutting grooves (11). The expansion joint comprises: a perforated drainpipe (30) inserted in a space between the connection portions of the concrete blocks (10, 10), having a plurality of apertures (31); and coil springs (40) formed in both cutting grooves (11), horizontal to the perforated drainpipe (30), wherein the coil spring (40) is connected by the apertures (31) formed in the perforated drainpipe (30) and a connection spring (50), and a waterproof sheet (60) is attached to upper surfaces of the perforated drainpipe (30), the coil spring (40), and the connection spring (50).
본 발명은 지하차도용 신축이음장치 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 지하차도의 도로면에서 콘크리트 블럭으로 스며들어서 신축이음장치로 유입되는 침출수를 일측으로 신속하게 배출시킴으로서 침출수로 인한 신축이음재의 파손 등과 같은 악영향 발생을 방지하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 지하차도 공간을 형성하기 위해 박스 형태를 이루는 다수의 콘크리트 블럭(10,10')이 연결 구성되고, 상기 콘크리트 블럭(10,10')의 연결부위 양측 바닥면에는 커팅홈(11)을 형성하며, 상기 커팅홈(11) 부위에 신축이음재(20)가 타설 구성되는 신축이음장치에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트 블럭(10,10')의 연결부위 틈새에는 다수의 통공(31)이 형성된 유공관(30)이 삽입 구성되고; 상기 양측 커팅홈(11)에는 유공관(30)과 수평을 이루는 코일스프링(40)이 안착 구성되며; 상기 코일스프링(40)은 유공관(30)에 형성된 통공(31)과 연결스프링(50)에 의해 연결 구성되고; 상기 유공관(30)과 코일스프링(40) 및 연결스프링(50) 상면에는 방수시트(60)가 부착 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an expansion joint for an underground driveway which quickly discharges leachate permeating from a road side of the underground driveway to concrete blocks and introduced to the expansion joint, thereby preventing the expansion joint from being damaged by the leachate and other related adverse effects, and a construction method. Accordingly, the expansion joint is configured such that the plurality of concrete blocks (10, 10), each of which is formed in a box shape to form an underground driveway space, are connected to each other, cutting grooves (11) are formed in bottom surfaces of both sides of connection portions of the concrete blocks (10, 10), and an expansion joint material (20) is installed in the cutting grooves (11).
