The present invention relates to a drain means to be applied to a manhole, comprising: a stepped protrusion unit positioned on an upper surface of a periphery of a drain hole of the manhole and having a plurality of anchor holes in a case of installation of the drain means; a body unit comprising a non-permeable unit extended from an inner surface of the stepped protrusion unit and a permeable unit formed in a lower portion of the non-permeable unit; a permeable concrete unit filled in the permeable unit inside the body unit; and a planar check valve formed on a lower surface of one side of the stepped protrusion unit.
본 발명 맨홀에 적용하기 위한 배수 수단은 설치 시에 맨홀의 배수공 주변부 상부면에 위치하며 다수의 앵커 홀이 형성된 단턱부와 단턱부의 내측면에 연장되어 구성되는 비 투수성부와 비투수성 하부에 구성되는 투수성부로 구성되는 몸체부와 상기 몸체부 내부 투수성부에 충진되는 투수성 콘크리트부와 단턱부 일측 하면에 구성되는 판형 체크밸브로 구성되는 것임을 나타내고 있는 것이다.
