- Integral abutment bridge having rotation receptive device at abutment-pile jointing site
The present invention relates to an integrated abutment bridge having a rotational receiver in an abutment-pile coupling part. According to the present invention, a rotational receiver with a clear structural behavior is installed in the abutment-pile coupling part to maintain an identical structural system from a construction step of a bridge up to a common lifetime, thereby being able to prevent sudden sagging in the bridge during the common lifetime. A pile cap is installed on a cut surface of a pile head part to loosen stress concentration due to a rough corrugated part formed on a cut section, thereby being able to enhance quality of the abutment-pile coupling part. Since the rotational receiver capable of connecting an abutment and a pile without penetrating the pile into the abutment is installed, a bending stiffness of the pile does not affect the entire structural system, thereby being able to apply a steel pipe and a concrete pile as well as a steel shaft array of a H-pile, which is rejected in the integrated abutment bridge due to a high bending stiffness, so as to expand application of the pile in the integrated abutment bridge. Moreover, the rotational receiver elastically receives rotational displacement due to a load applied to an upper structure and the abutment to decrease bending moment applied to the abutment-pile coupling part, thus being able to reduce the number of piles. According to the present invention, the integrated abutment bridge comprises the pile cap, an elastic plate, a protection cap, a shear support plate, and a pair of anchor plates.
본 발명은 교대-말뚝 결합부에 구조거동이 명확한 회전수용장치를 설치함으로써 교량의 시공단계에서 공용수명에 이르기까지 동일한 구조계를 가지도록 하여 공용 중 교량의 갑작스러운 처짐을 방지할 수 있고, 말뚝머리부의 절단면에 말뚝캡을 설치하여 절단면에 형성된 거친 요철부로 인한 응력집중을 완화시켜 교대-말뚝 결합부의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 말뚝을 교대에 근입시키지 않고도 교대와 말뚝을 연결시킬 수 있는 회전수용장치를 설치함으로써 말뚝의 휨강성이 전체 구조계에 영향을 미치지 않아 일체식 교대교량에서 휨강성이 커서 지양되는 H-말뚝의 강축배열뿐만 아니라 강관말뚝 및 콘크리트말뚝까지 적용시킬 수 있어 일체식 교대교량에서 말뚝의 적용성을 확대시킬 수 있으며, 상기 회전수용장치는 상부구조 및 교대에 작용하는 하중으로 인한 회전변위를 탄성적으로 수용하여 교대-말뚝 결합부에 작용하는 휨모멘트를 감소시킴으로써 말뚝의 수량을 절감시킬 수 있는 교대-말뚝 결합부에 회전수용장치를 갖는 일체식 교대교량을 제공한다.
