Electrically conductive cememtitious composite
The present invention relates to an electrically conductive cement-based composite composition, in which carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers are mixed in cement at an appropriate weight ratio to lower the sensitivity of change of resistivity by a change in a water/cement ratio (w/c), thereby exhibiting stable electrical performance, wherein the electrically conductive cement-based composite composition according to the present invention comprises cement, 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of the carbon nanotubes with respect to the weight of the cement, 0.1 to 0.4 wt% of the carbon fibers with respect to the weight of the cement, and silica fume and superplasticizers as other additives so as to have stable electrical properties with the resistivity of 100 cm or less even with the change in water/cement ratio (w/c).
본 발명은 시멘트에 탄소나노튜브와 탄소섬유를 적정한 중량비로 혼합하여 물/시멘트비(w/c)의 변화에 의한 비저항 변화의 민감성을 낮춰 안정적인 전기적 성능을 발휘할 수 있는 전기 전도성 시멘트계 복합체 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 전기 전도성 시멘트계 복합체 조성물은, 물/시멘트비(w/c)의 변화에도 비저항이 100Ω·㎝ 이하로 안정적인 전기적 특성을 갖기 위하여, 시멘트와, 시멘트 중량 대비 0.1~0.5 중량%의 탄소나노튜브, 시멘트 중량 대비 0.1~0.4 중량%의 탄소섬유, 기타 첨가제로서 실리카퓸(Silica fume)과 유동화제(superplasticizer)를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
