Method for installing Uninterrupted water supply valve chamber
The present invention relates to a method to install an uninterrupted water supply valve chamber capable of installing a water supply valve chamber without cutting a water supply line to be installed. According to the present invention, the method comprises: an excavation step of excavating ground around a water supply pipe; a step of installing a lower body on the ground; a step of installing an upper body on an upper side of the lower body to insert a water supply pipe into a pair of pipe insertion grooves of the upper body; a step of installing a pair of cover brackets on an outer surface of the upper body to block between the pair of pipe insertion grooves of the upper body and the water supply pipe; a step of installing a pair of inner cover brackets on an inner surface of the upper body to block between the pair of pipe insertion grooves of the upper body and the water supply pipe; a step of installing a waterproof flange in the pair of cover brackets; and a step of filling a filler between the pair of cover brackets and a plurality of inner cover brackets.
본 발명은 상수도 밸브실을 설치할 상수도관을 절단하지 않고 설치할 수 있는 부단수 상수도 밸브실 설치방법에 관한 것으로서, 상수도관의 부근의 땅을 파는 터파기 단계; 상기 상수도관 아래의 땅바닥을 고르는 단계; 상기 땅바닥에 하부 몸체를 설치하는 단계; 상기 하부 몸체의 상측에 상부 몸체를 설치하여 상기 상부 몸체의 한 쌍의 관 삽입홈에 상기 상수도관이 삽입되도록 하는 단계; 상기 상부 몸체의 한 쌍의 관 삽입홈과 상기 상수도관 사이를 막도록 한 쌍의 커버 브라켓을 상기 상부 몸체의 외면에 설치하는 단계; 상기 상부 몸체의 내면에 한 쌍의 관 삽입홈과 상기 상수도관 사이를 막도록 한 쌍의 내측 커버 브라켓을 설치하는 단계; 상기 한 쌍의 커버 브라켓 각각에 방수 플랜지를 설치하는 단계; 및 상기 한 쌍의 커버 브라켓과 상기 한 쌍의 내측 커버 브라켓의 사이에 충진제를 충진하는 단계;를 포함한다.
