Supporting Assembly for Installation of Double Floor and Its Installation Method
The present invention relates to a supporting assembly for installing a dual floor and an installing method thereof. The supporting assembly comprises: a plurality of pillar units which are installed at regular intervals along a first and a second guide line drawn on the floor; a plurality of connecting frames which are installed to connect the plurality of pillar units in a direction parallel to the first and second guide lines; and a plurality of interval maintaining members which are installed to connect the plurality of pillar units in a direction crossing the first and second guide lines. The plurality of pillar units comprises: a base plate which is installed on the floor; a pillar bolt which is uprightly installed on the base plate with a fixed height, and has a screw thread on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a stopper of which the height is regulated by being screwed to the pillar bolt; a supporting plate where the top end part of the pillar bolt penetrates the bottom surface thereof for insertion, and which is supported by the stopper; and a dustproof rubber block which is combined with the supporting plate by a screw. In addition, a plurality of long holes into which the interval maintaining members are combined are radially formed on the supporting plate at regular intervals. In the dustproof rubber block, both side surfaces communicate with a portion of the bottom surface thereof so that an open unit can be formed to expose the plurality of long holes toward a side. Therefore, the supporting assembly for installing a dual floor can be easily and quickly installed.
본 발명은 이중마루 설치용 지지조립체 및 그 설치방법에 관한 것으로, 지지조립체는 바닥에 그려진 제1, 2안내선을 따라 일정 간격을 두고 설치되는 복수 개의 지주유닛과; 제1, 2안내선과 평행한 방향의 상기 복수 개의 지주유닛 사이를 연결하도록 설치되는 복수 개의 연결프레임; 및 제1, 2안내선과 교차되는 방향의 복수 개의 지주유닛 사이를 연결하도록 설치되는 복수 개의 간격유지부재로 이루어지고, 복수 개의 지주유닛은, 바닥에 설치되는 베이스플레이트와; 베이스플레이트에 기립 설치되어 일정 높이를 가지면서 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 지주볼트와; 지주볼트와 나사 결합되어 높이 조절되는 스토퍼와; 지주볼트의 상단 부분이 저면을 관통하여 삽입되면서 스토퍼에 의해 지지되는 지지플레이트; 및 지지플레이트와 나사로 결합되는 방진고무블록을 포함하고, 지지플레이트에는 간격유지부재가 결합되는 복수 개의 장공이 일정 간격을 두고 방사상으로 형성되며, 방진고무블록에는 양 측면과 저면의 일정부분이 연통되도록 형성되어 복수 개의 장공이 측면으로 노출되게 하는 개방부가 형성되고, 이와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 이중마루 설치용 지지조립체를 쉽고 빠르게 설치할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a supporting assembly for installing a dual floor and an installing method thereof. The supporting assembly comprises: a plurality of pillar units which are installed at regular intervals along a first and a second guide line drawn on the floor; a plurality of connecting frames which are installed to connect the plurality of pillar units in a direction parallel to the first and second guide lines; and a plurality of interval maintaining members which are installed to connect the plurality of pillar units in a direction crossing the first and second guide lines. The plurality of pillar units comprises: a base plate which is installed on the floor; a pillar bolt which is uprightly installed on the base plate with a fixed height, and has a screw thread on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a stopper of which the height is regulated by being screwed to the pillar bolt; a supporting plate where the top end part of the pillar bolt penetrates the bottom surface thereof for insertion, and which is supported by the stopper; and a dustproof rubber block which is combined with the supporting plate by a screw. In addition, a plurality of long holes into which the interval maintaining members are combined are radially formed on the supporting plate at regular intervals. In the dustproof rubber block, both side surfaces communicate with a portion of the bottom surface thereof so that an open unit can be formed to expose the plurality of long holes toward a side. Therefore, the supporting assembly for installing a dual floor can be easily and quickly installed.
본 발명은 이중마루 설치용 지지조립체 및 그 설치방법에 관한 것으로, 지지조립체는 바닥에 그려진 제1, 2안내선을 따라 일정 간격을 두고 설치되는 복수 개의 지주유닛과; 제1, 2안내선과 평행한 방향의 상기 복수 개의 지주유닛 사이를 연결하도록 설치되는 복수 개의 연결프레임; 및 제1, 2안내선과 교차되는 방향의 복수 개의 지주유닛 사이를 연결하도록 설치되는 복수 개의 간격유지부재로 이루어지고, 복수 개의 지주유닛은, 바닥에 설치되는 베이스플레이트와; 베이스플레이트에 기립 설치되어 일정 높이를 가지면서 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 지주볼트와; 지주볼트와 나사 결합되어 높이 조절되는 스토퍼와; 지주볼트의 상단 부분이 저면을 관통하여 삽입되면서 스토퍼에 의해 지지되는 지지플레이트; 및 지지플레이트와 나사로 결합되는 방진고무블록을 포함하고, 지지플레이트에는 간격유지부재가 결합되는 복수 개의 장공이 일정 간격을 두고 방사상으로 형성되며, 방진고무블록에는 양 측면과 저면의 일정부분이 연통되도록 형성되어 복수 개의 장공이 측면으로 노출되게 하는 개방부가 형성되고, 이와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 이중마루 설치용 지지조립체를 쉽고 빠르게 설치할 수 있다.
