The present invention provides a construction method for a door support module, capable of preventing a bonding material placed inside from escaping to the outside and enabling an auxiliary support board and a main support board to be strongly connected to each other. According to the present invention, a door support module includes: the main support board in which the center is formed in an open square frame shape; the auxiliary support board having a vertical length corresponding to the inner side of one side of the main support board and a width of both sides, which is narrower than that of the main support board, and formed in a square box shape; a guide sheet including a bonding material injection guide groove and a connection module guide groove and corresponding to one side of the auxiliary support board; an auxiliary support board fixing nail installed by passing through the connection module guide groove; and a main support board fixing nail fixed to the auxiliary support board fixing nail. The construction method for a door support module includes: a step of attaching the guide sheet to the one side of the auxiliary support board; a step of installing the auxiliary support board fixing nail in the connection module guide groove of the guide sheet attached to the auxiliary support board; a step of installing the main support board fixing nail to the auxiliary support board fixing nail; a step of supplying the bonding material to the auxiliary support board through the bonding material injection guide groove of the guide sheet; a step of removing the guide sheet from the auxiliary support board; and a step of fixing the auxiliary support board to one side of the main support board.
