ATA METHOD FOR PROTECTING IRON BAR AND REPAIRING REINFORCING AND COATING CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING SALT-RESISTANT AND WATER-RESISTANT ATA POLYMER
The present invention relates to a coating method for protecting a rebar and reinforcing a concrete structure using a salt resistant and seawater resistant ATA polymer. In reinforcement mortar, a modified ATA polymer in which 45 parts by weight of alkyltriethoxysilane, 15 parts by weight of a terpene-based resin, and 40 parts by weight of an acrylic polymer are synthesized is included as an anti-inflammatory agent. A urethane associative form is included as an operation performance improver. The ATA polymer is emulsified by synthesizing 45 parts by weight of the alkyltriethoxysilane, 15 parts by weight of the terpene-based resin, and 40 parts by weight of the acrylic polymer at 70-100C. The reinforcement mortar is obtained by mixing 30 to 50 parts by weight of Portland cement, 40 to 60 parts by weight of dolostone, 1 to 10 parts by weight of an expanding agent, 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of a urethane associative form operation performance improver, 1 to 10 parts by weight of an ATA polymer, 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of a reinforcing fiber, 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a fluidizing agent, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a silica fume. An alkali-imparting rust inhibitor is prepared in a liquid phase by mixing 10 to 30 parts by weight of lithium carbonate, 1 to 10 parts by weight of an ATA polymer, 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of a urethane associative operation performance improver, and 50 to 80 parts by weight of water. A primer is prepared in a liquid phase by mixing 10 to 30 parts by weight of an ATA polymer, 1 to 5 parts by weight of a urethane associative form operation performance improver, and 50 to 80 parts by weight of water. The reinforcement mortar is coated with a salt damage neutralization preventing heavy duty coating agent.
본 기술은 내염성과 내해수성 ATA폴리머를 이용한 철근 보호 및 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강 코팅공법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 보수 몰탈에는 내염 및 내해수성 개선제로서 알킬트리에톡시실란 45 중량부와 테르펜계 수지 15 중량부와 아크릴 폴리머 40 중량부가 합성된 변성 ATA 폴리머가 포함되고, 작업성능 개선제로서 우레탄 회합형이 포함되고, 상기 ATA 폴리머는 상기 알킬트리에톡시실란 45 중량부와 테르펜계 수지 15 중량부와 아크릴 폴리머 40 중량부를 섭씨 70~100°C에서 5시간 이상 합성하여 에멀젼화 되며, 상기 보수 몰탈은, 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 30~50 중량부, 돌로스톤 40~60 중량부, 팽창제 1~10 중량부, 우레탄 회합형 작업성능 개선제 0.01~0.5 중량부, ATA 폴리머 1~10 중량부, 보강섬유 0.1~0.5 중량부, 유동화제 0.1~10 중량부, 실리카퓸 1~5 중량부의 비율로 혼합되고, 상기 알칼리부여 방청제는 리튬 카보네이트 10~30 중량부, ATA 폴리머 1~10 중량부, 우레탄 회합형 작업성능 개선제 0.01~0.5 중량부 및 물 50~80 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 액상으로 제조되며, 상기 프라이머는 ATA 폴리머 10~30 중량부, 우레탄 회합형 작업성능 개선제 1~5 중량부 및 물 50~80 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 액상으로 제조되며, 상기 보수 몰탈 상에 염해 중성화 방지 및 중방식 코팅제가 도포된다.
