Drain pipe connection structure for washstand
The present invention relates to a structure to fasten a drain pipe of a washstand. According to the present invention, a popup valve body to drain water from the washstand comprises: a connection pipe fixated by penetrating the washstand; an opening/closing cap vertically moved to open/close an inlet of the connection pipe; and a fastening nut screw-coupled to a lower part of the connection pipe protruding from a lower part of the washstand to fixate the connection pipe where a drain pipe is fixated on a lower part. A fixation step protrudes from a lower part of an inner circumferential surface of the fastening nut, and an outwardly curved expanded opening part is formed on an upper part of the drain pipe; thereby allowing the expanded opening part to be locked and fixated in the fixation step. Accordingly, provided are the effects of: connecting the lower part of the connection pipe of the popup valve body and the fastening nut where the drain pipe is fixated to simplify fastening; minimizing the number of parts to lower manufacturing costs; and having the fixation step formed on the lower part of an inner circumferential surface of the fastening nut having the outwardly curved expanded opening part formed on the upper part of the drain pipe to be received in the fixation step to strongly fixate connection between the fastening nut and the drain pipe through a simple insertion.
본 발명은 세면대용 배수관 체결구조에 관한 것으로 세면대의 물을 배수하는 팝업밸브체는 세면대를 관통하여 고정된 연결관과, 상,하로 이동되어 상기 연결관의 유입구를 개폐하는 개폐마개와, 상기 세면대의 하부에 돌출된 상기 연결관의 하부에 나사 체결되어 연결관을 고정하며, 하부에 배수관이 고정되는 체결너트로 이루어지되, 상기 체결너트의 내주면 하부에는 고정턱이 돌출되고, 상기 배수관의 상부는 외측으로 만곡진 확개부가 형성되어 상기 확개부가 상기 고정턱에 걸림 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 팝업밸브체의 연결관의 하부와 배수관이 고정된 체결너트를 연결하여 체결이 매우 간편하고 부품의 개수를 최소화하여 제조 단가를 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다. 한편, 상기 체결너트의 내주면 하부에는 고정턱이 형성되고 상기 배수관의 상부에는 상기 고정턱에 안착되도록 외측으로 만곡진 확개부가 형성되어 체결너트와 배수관의 연결이 단순 삽입으로 견고히 고정되도록 하는 효과가 있다.
