The present invention relates to a cutoff plate pile structure with improved water-tightness and a temporary cutoff wall construction method using the same. More specifically, the structure comprises: H-pile members of which a lower part is buried under the ground and which are disposed while being spaced apart at predetermined intervals; and a steel plate connecting the H-pile members to prevent collapse of the soil. A guide panel is formed on both side surfaces of a web of the H-pile members, and a mounting groove is formed between the guide panel and an exposed flange formed in the H-pile member. The steel plate is inserted into the mounting groove to be fixated, and one surface of the steel plate is disposed to be in contact with the inner surface of the exposed flange to support the soil. A water-swellable cutoff material is disposed between the guide panel and the steel plate to perform a cutoff function, and a buried flange and web of the H-pile member are buried in the soil. Accordingly, provided is an effect capable of forming a cutoff wall structure having resistance (cutoff power) with respect to soil pressure and a cutoff function at the same time.
본 발명은 수밀성이 우수한 차수 플레이트 엄지말뚝 구조 및 이를 이용한 가시설 흙막이 차수 공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하부가 지반에 매립되며 일정간격을 유지하며 배치되는 H파일부재들과, 상기 H파일부재를 연결하며 배치되어 토사 붕괴를 막는 강재플레이트로 이루어지며, 상기 H파일부재의 웨브 양측면에는 가이드패널이 더 형성되고, 상기 가이드패널과 상기 H파일부재에 형성되는 노출 플랜지 사이에는 안착홈이 형성되며, 상기 강재플레이트는 상기 안착홈에 끼움되어 고정되고, 상기 강재플레이트의 일면은 상기 노출 플랜지의 내측면과 맞닿게 배치되어 토사를 지지하며, 상기 가이드패널과 상기 강재플레이트 사이에는 수팽창성 지수재가 배치되어 차수 기능을 수행하도록 구성되고, 상기 H파일부재의 매립 플랜지와 상기 웨브는 토사 중에 매립되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흙막이 차수벽 구조 및 이를 이용한 흙막이 차수 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 토압에 대한 저항력(지지력)과 차수 기능을 동시에 갖는 흙막이 구조가 형성될 수 있으며, 특히 엄지말뚝에 강재 플레이트의 지지 기능뿐만 아니라 차수 기능을 부여함으로써 지지력과 차수 기능을 동시에 갖는 흙막이 차수벽 구조가 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 H파일부재들에 완충플레이트와 강재플레이트를 2중으로 순차적으로 단차지게 설치함으로써 암반층을 굴착하는 과정에서 토사가 무너지거나 암반층이 교란되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 이에 따라 H파일부재들의 지지력이 약화되는 것을 방지하는 동시에 2중 차수 기능 부여로 인한 완벽한 차수 기능을 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
