APPARATUS FOR MEASURING EXTENT OF SINKING OF RAIL ROAD SLEEPER
The present invention relates to an apparatus for sensing the sinking of a crosstie, which is able to measure displacement of a crosstie to accurately maintain the height and position of a rail of a train. The apparatus for sensing the sinking of a crosstie comprises: a bracket part (1500) fixed to an upper side of the crosstie and having a first hinge part (1510) and a second hinge part (1520); a sensing part (1300) coupled to a first hinge part of the bracket part to be vertically rotated; and a displacement rod (1200) extended to one side of the sensing part and coupled to the second hinge part of the adjacent bracket part to be vertically rotated. The sensing part senses displacement caused when the displacement rod is rotated in an up-down direction in accordance with a change in the relative position of the adjacent crosstie. Therefore, it is possible to sense sinking by accurately corresponding to deformation of the ground or the crosstie or a change in the position of the ground or the crosstie.
본 발명은 철도레일의 높이와 위치를 정확하게 유지하기 위하여 침목의 변위를 측정할 수 있도록 하는 침목 침하감지장치에 관한 것으로서, 침목의 상측에 고정되며 제1힌지부(1510)와 제2힌지부(1520)를 구비하는 브라켓부(1500), 상기 브라켓부의 제1힌지부에서 상하회동 가능하도록 결합되는 감지부(1300), 상기 감지부의 일측으로 연장되며 인접되는 브라켓부의 제2힌지부에 상하회동 가능하도록 결합되는 변위로드(1200)를 포함하며, 상기 감지부는 인접되는 침목의 상대적인 위치의 변경에 따라 변위로드가 상하방향으로 회전되면 이에 따른 변위를 감지하는 침하감지장치를 제공한다. 따라서, 지반이나 침목의 변형이나 위치변경에 정확하게 대응하여 침하를 감지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for sensing the sinking of a crosstie, which is able to measure displacement of a crosstie to accurately maintain the height and position of a rail of a train. 본 발명은 철도레일의 높이와 위치를 정확하게 유지하기 위하여 침목의 변위를 측정할 수 있도록 하는 침목 침하감지장치에 관한 것으로서, 침목의 상측에 고정되며 제1힌지부(1510)와 제2힌지부(1520)를 구비하는 브라켓부(1500), 상기 브라켓부의 제1힌지부에서 상하회동 가능하도록 결합되는 감지부(1300), 상기 감지부의 일측으로 연장되며 인접되는 브라켓부의 제2힌지부에 상하회동 가능하도록 결합되는 변위로드(1200)를 포함하며, 상기 감지부는 인접되는 침목의 상대적인 위치의 변경에 따라 변위로드가 상하방향으로 회전되면 이에 따른 변위를 감지하는 침하감지장치를 제공한다. 따라서, 지반이나 침목의 변형이나 위치변경에 정확하게 대응하여 침하를 감지할 수 있다.
