본 발명은 교량의 교면 방수재는 천연아스팔트 57.7 ~ 80wt%, 폐플라스틱분말 6.5 ~ 13wt%, 스타이렌-부타디엔-스타이렌 4.5 ~ 13wt%, 방향족계 석유수지 3.0 ~ 8.0wt%, 부타디엔 폴리머 2.5 ~ 5.5wt%, 가황촉진제 0.1 ~ 3.5wt%, 소포제 0.2 ~ 2.5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하며 접착성, 충진성, 내균열성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 물과 염화칼슘 등으로부터 시멘트 콘크리트를 보호할 수 있다. 또한 슬래브에 위치한 철의 부식을 방지할 수 있어 교량의 공용성을 증진할 수 있고 차량 등 교통에 안정성을 확보해 준다.
A bridge deck waterproofing material for bridges is composed of 57.7-80 wt% of natural asphalt, 6.5-13 wt% of waste plastic powder, 4.5-13 wt% of styrene-butadiene-styrene, 3.0-8.0 wt% of an aromatic petroleum resin, 2.5-5.5 wt% of a butadiene polymer, 0.1-3.5 wt% of a vulcanization accelerator, and 0.2-2.5 wt% of an antifoaming agent. The bridge deck waterproofing material of the present invention ensures excellent adhesiveness, chargeability, and crack resistance, and protects cement concrete from water and calcium chloride. In addition, since corrosion of iron on slabs can be avoided, it is possible to increase common usability of bridges while securing safety in transportation by vehicles.
