The present invention provides an anchor plate for fixing a finishing material of an exterior wall of a building, capable of keeping a finishing material clean at regular intervals against an exterior wall by fixing a first plate on the exterior wall side and a second plate on the finishing material side by bolts and nuts and preventing the second plate from moving in the rotation direction about the bolt against the first plate or moving in the longitudinal direction of a horizontal long hole. The anchor plate for fixing a finishing material of an exterior wall of a building according to the present invention comprises: a fixing bar installed on both side surfaces of a horizontal part of the first plate to support both side surfaces of the second plate and having a rectangular hole formed on an surface opposite to the both side surfaces of the horizontal part of the first plate in the same direction as the horizontal long hole of the first plate; a fixing bolt screw-coupled to the both side surfaces of the horizontal part of the first plate through the rectangular hole of the fixing bar to allow the fixing bar to be in close contact with the both side surfaces of the second plate; a first toothed part formed on the both side surfaces of the second plate; and a second toothed part formed on an opposite surface of the fixing bar facing the both side surfaces of the second plate and engaged with the first toothed part of the second plate.
본 발명은 외벽측 제1 플레이트와 마감재측 제2 플레이트를 볼트 및 너트로 고정하되, 제1 플레이트에 대하여 제2 플레이트가 볼트를 중심으로 하는 회전방향으로 유동하거나 수평장공의 길이방향으로 유동하는 것을 방지하여 외벽에 대하여 마감재를 일정간격으로 깨끗하게 유지할 수 있는 건축물 외벽 마감재 고정용 앵커플레이트를 제공한다. 본 발명은 건축물 외벽 마감재 고정용 앵커플레이트에 있어서, 제1 플레이트의 수평부 양측면에 설치되어 제2 플레이트의 양측면을 지지하도록 되고, 상기 제1 플레이트의 수평부 양측면과 대향하는 면에 제1 플레이트의 수평장공과 같은 방향으로 장방형구멍이 형성된 고정바와, 상기 고정바의 장방형구멍을 통해 제1 플레이트의 수평부 양측면에 나사결합되어 상기 고정바를 제2 플레이트의 양측면에 밀착시키기 위한 고정볼트와, 상기 제2 플레이트의 양측면에 형성한 제1 톱니형상부와, 상기 제2 플레이트의 양측면과 마주하는 고정바의 대향면에 형성되어 제2 플레이트의 제1 톱니형상부에 이 맞물림 가능한 제2 톱니형상부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
