Urethane-Urea Copolymer Structure Repair And Reinforce Construction Method Using Urethane-Urea Copolymer
The present invention relates to a method to improve an earthquake-proof performance and to repair and reinforce a structure using a urethane-urea copolymer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method to improve an earthquake-proof performance and to repair and reinforce a structure using the urethane-urea copolymer capable of being able to apply the urethane-urea copolymer instead of epoxy used for repair and reinforcing methods and to strengthen an adhesive strength; thereby making it possible to make a movement as a single body with the structure. According to the present invention, the method comprises: (a) a step of synthesizing an aqueous polyurethane resin (PUD); (b) a step of synthesizing a polyurea resin; (c) a step of removing foreign substances from the surface of the structure; (d) a step of spreading the aqueous PUD on the structure to form a first coating layer; and (e) a step of spreading the polyurea resin on an external side of the first coating layer to form a reinforcing coating layer.
본 발명은 Urethane-Urea Copolymer를 이용한 구조물의 내진 성능향상 및 보수, 보강공법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 보수 및 보강 공법에 사용되는 에폭시를 대체하여 Urethane-Urea Copolymer를 적용하여 접착력을 강화하여 구조물과 일체형으로 거동을 할 수 있도록 하는 Urethane-Urea Copolymer를 이용한 구조물의 내진 성능향상 및 보수, 보강공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 (a) 수성 폴리 우레탄 수지(PUD)의 합성 단계 : (b) 폴리 우레아 수지의 합성 단계; (c) 구조물 표면의 이물질을 제거하는 단계; (d) 구조물에 수성 폴리 우레탄 수지(PUD)를 도포하여 1차 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; (e) 1차 코팅층의 외부에 폴리 우레아 수지를 도포하여 보강 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
