COLORING STONE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR USING GRANITES
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing colored stone, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing colored stone by using granite, wherein a tank is divided and the divided areas are configured to respectively rotate so that many granite boards can be introduced into the tank at the same time; the granite boards are dried and then moisture is completely taken out by sucking air inside the tank, thereby making penetration of a dyeing solution ready; after the tank is filled with the dyeing solution, heat and pressure are simultaneously applied to enable the dyeing solution to deeply penetrate the inside of the granite board, thereby allowing complete coloring.
본 발명은 컬러 석재의 제조 장치 및 공법에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 탱크를 분할해서 각각 회전되도록 구성하여 내부에 많은 화강암 판재를 한꺼번에 투입할 수 있도록 하고, 화강암 판재를 건조시킨 다음 탱크 내부의 공기를 석션하여 수분을 완전히 빼내어 염색액의 침투가 용이하도록 하며, 탱크에 염색액을 충전한 다음 가열과 동시에 압력을 가하여 염색액이 화강암 판재 내부로 깊숙이 투입하여 착색이 완벽하게 이루어지도록 하는 화강암을 이용한 컬러 석재의 제조 장치 및 공법에 관한 것이다.
