MULTI-FUNCTION ATTACHMENT AND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT HAVING THE SAME
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a multi-function attachment comprises: a first member detachably arranged on an arm of an excavator; a second member to move relative to the first member; a third member which moves relative to the first member, and is arranged on at least one side of both sides in a thickness direction of the second member; a first drive unit which is connected to the second member and the third member, and moves the second member and the third member with respect to the first member in a first direction which is a horizontal direction; a second drive unit which is connected to the second member, and pivots or rotates the second member with respect to the first member; and a third drive unit which is connected to the third member, and pivots or rotates the third member with respect to the second member. When any one among the second member and the third member operates for work, the other one can avoid disturbing the operating one. Since crusher and shear work can be performed without replacing an attachment, an excavator does not need to be stopped to replace the attachment to increase work efficiency and resolve inconvenience in attachment replacement.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다기능 어태치먼트는, 굴삭기의 아암에 탈착 가능하게 마련되는 제1부재; 상기 제1부재에 대해서 상대 운동이 가능하도록 마련되는 제2부재; 상기 제1부재에 대해서 상대 운동이 가능하도록 마련되며, 상기 제2부재의 두께방향 양측 중 적어도 일측에 마련되는 제3부재; 상기 제2부재 및 상기 제3부재와 연결되며, 상기 제1부재에 대해 상기 제2부재 및 상기 제3부재를 좌우방향인 제1방향으로 운동시키는 제1구동부; 상기 제2부재와 연결되며, 상기 제1부재에 대해서 상기 제2부재를 피벗 운동 또는 회전시키는 제2구동부; 및 상기 제3부재와 연결되며, 상기 제2부재에 대해서 상기 제3부재를 피벗 운동 또는 회전시키는 제3구동부;를 포함하며, 상기 제2부재 또는 상기 제3부재 중 어느 하나가 작업을 위해 작동할 때 다른 하나는 작동하는 어느 하나를 방해하지 않도록 회피 기동할 수 있다. 이로 인해, 어태치먼트를 교체하지 않더라도 크러셔 및 쉬어 작업을 수행할 수 있기 때문에 어태치먼트를 교체하기 위해서 굴삭기를 멈출 필요가 없어 작업 효율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 어태치먼트 교체의 불편함을 해소할 수 있다.
