Disclosed is a wall assembly for an operable wall, which comprises: at least one wall structure frame unit including at least two panel assembly sections; and a plurality of wall panel modules assembled in each of the panel assembly sections, and providing a transparent window. The plurality of the wall panel modules include wall inner assembly members assembled to one side of the wall frame part, and completing the inner surface of a wall; wall outer assembly members assembled to the other side of the wall structure frame part to face the wall inner assembly members, and completing the outer surface of the wall; and window providing assembly members assembled between the wall inner assembly members and the wall outer assembly members, and completing the transparent window. According to the present invention, the operable wall can be easily maintained.
