The present invention relates to a sterilization system having a function of automatically removing a protective garment, and more specifically, to a sterilization system having a function of automatically undressing a person wearing a protective garment, which comprises: a first sterilization chamber, a second sterilization chamber, a collection part and a control part. The first sterilization chamber has a first closing door installed on one side of a front side thereof, has an automatic-undressing means installed inside, and has a second closing door installed on one side of a rear side thereof. The second sterilization chamber has an inner space formed therein to communicate with the second closing door, has a disinfectant liquid and sterilizing means injection part installed on one side thereof, and has a third closing door installed on the surface facing the second closing door. The collection part is installed on the lower part of the first sterilization chamber, has a passage where safety protective garments undressed by the automatic undressing means are collected, and has a loading space for the collected protective garments, which is formed to communicate with the passage. The control part controls each operation of the first sterilization chamber, the second sterilization chamber and the collection part. After a worker has left the first sterilization chamber, an air suction force removes air from the area where the protective garment is collected below the sterilization chamber to prevent secondary infection, which may occur in the process of undressing and collecting the protective garment, thereby securing the workers safety.

본 발명은 안전보호복 자동탈의 기능을 갖춘 멸균시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 전방 일측에 제1밀폐도어가 설치되고 내측에는 작업자가 착용한 안전보호복을 공기흡입력으로 흡착시켜 작업자의 신체로부터 해체시키는 자동탈의수단이 설치되고, 후방 일측에 제2밀폐도어가 설치되는 제1멸균챔버와, 상기 제2밀폐도어와 연통되는 내부공간이 형성되고 일측에 소독액 및 멸균수단 분사부가 설치되며, 상기 제2밀폐도어와 대향되는 면에 제3밀폐도어가 설치되는 제2멸균챔버와, 상기 제1멸균챔버의 하부에 설치되어 상기 자동탈의수단에 의해 탈의되는 안전보호복이 수거되는 통로가 마련되고, 상기 통로와 연통되어 상기 수거된 안전보호복의 적재공간이 마련되는 수거부와, 상기 제1,제2멸균챔버와 수거부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여, 안전보호복을 착용한 작업자가 상기 제1밀폐도어를 개방하여 상기 제1멸균챔버로 이동하게 되면, 상기 제어부에서는 상기 자동탈의수단에 공기흡입력을 제공하여 작업자가 착용한 안전보호복이 상기 자동탈의수단에 흡착되도록 한 다음, 작업자가 이동하면서 안전보호복이 작업자의 신체로부터 해체되도록 하며, 작업자가 제2밀폐도어를 개방시켜 제2멸균챔버로 이동하게 되면, 상기 제어부에서는 상기 자동탈의수단의 공기흡입력을 정지시키고 상기 수거부를 동작시켜 안전보호복이 통로를 통해 수거되도록 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 안전보호복을 착용한 작업자가 제1, 제2 및 제3밀폐도어를 순차적으로 개방하면서 안전보호복이 자동탈의수단에 부착되어 작업자가 안전보호복을 탈의하기 위해 손을 사용하지 않고 멸균챔버를 이동하면서 자동적으로 탈의되도록 하고, 탈의된 안전보호복은 측면흡착부와 하부흡착부의 흡입력에 의해 고정된 상태를 유지하도록 하며, 작업자가 제1멸균챔버를 벗어난 후에 공기 흡입력을 제거시켜 안전보호복이 멸균챔버 하부로 수거되도록 하여 안전보호복 탈의 및 수거과정에서 발생될 수 있는 2차감염을 방지하여 작업자의 안전을 도모하도록 하는 효과가 있다.
