Provided is a low fluidity mortar mixture using industrial by-products, which can replace some of crushed stone or stone dust with industrial by-products such as bottom ash or blast furnace slag, and is composed of soil, crushed stone and stone dust, cement, mixing water, the industrial by-product, and an admixture which is composed of a fluidizer, a thickener, an antifoamer, metakaolin, fine silica, and a dehydration accelerator. Moreover, provided is a low fluidity mortar grouting method using the low fluidity mortar mixture which uses the industrial by-product, intended to grout the low fluidity mortar mixture using the industrial by-product in a specific position by sending the same by a pump.
본 발명은 쇄석 또는 석분의 일부를 버텀애쉬 또는 고로슬래그 같은 산업부산물로 대체하는 것으로, 토사; 쇄석 및 석분; 시멘트; 배합수; 산업부산물; 유동화제, 증점제, 소포제, 메타카올린 및 규사미분, 탈수촉진제를 포함하여 구성되는 혼화제;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업부산물을 활용한 저유동 몰탈 혼합물을 제공한다. 더불어 상기 산업부산물을 활용한 저유동 몰탈 혼합물을 펌프압송하여 소정의 위치에 그라우팅하는 산업부산물을 활용한 저유동 몰탈 혼합물을 이용한 저유동 몰탈 그라우팅 공법을 제공한다.
