TRUSS GIRDER WITH DOUBLE STEEL PIPE UPPER STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a bridge girder manufactured by using a double steel pipe structure, which is divided into an outer pipe and an inner pipe and integrates the inner pipe with a junction member to connect a web truss from the outside of the outer pipe to be simply assembled and constructed, and to a construction method thereof. The bridge girder comprises: a lower steel pipe including an inner pipe having a funnel-shaped part to be in contact with the inner surface of an outer pipe as the diameter is expanded from both ends thereof, and an outer pipe formed to be located inside the inner pipe by the funnel-shaped part; a junction member extending upward along the outer circumferential surface of the funnel-shaped part by coming into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe and protruding from the outer pipe through the outer pipe to be exposed; and a web truss connected to an exposed upper end of the junction member to transmit a load to the lower steel pipe.
외부관과 내부관으로 구분하되 내부관에는 격점부재를 일체화시켜 복부트러스를 외부관 외부에서 연결시켜 간단하게 조립 시공 가능한 이중강관 구조를 이용하여 제작된 교량용거더 및 그 시공방법에 대한 것으로서, 상기 교량용거더는 양 단부로부터 직경이 확장되어 외부관 내측면에 접하도록 깔때기부가 형성된 내부관; 및 깔때기부에 의하여 내부관이 내부에 위치하도록 형성된 외부관;을 포함하는 하부강관; 상기 내부관 외주면에 접하여 깔때기부의 외주면을 따라 상방 연장되어 외부관을 관통하여 외부관으로부터 돌출되어 노출되도록 형성되는 격점부재; 및 상기 격점부재의 노출된 상단에 하단이 연결되어 하부강관으로 하중을 전달하는 복부트러스;를 포함한다.
