PANNEL UNIT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a panel unit and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a panel unit is made of bottom ash, clay, a carbon nanotube, graphene, glaze, an organic plasticizer, and a dispersing agent, and is manufactured to be a panel through base material preparation, blending and mixing, ripening, molding, drying, plasticizing, and cooling processes. Moreover, after the panel is manufactured, the panel is processed to be suitable for use in each size. Therefore, as the panel is applied to a panel type material to be applied to a construction panel or a civil engineering paving block panel, the panel can be applied to a floor and a wall of the inside and the outside as a high functional panel unit for heating by improving heat storage efficiency with excellent sound absorption and water permeability. Moreover, in a component of a base material, a carbon nanotube and graphene are applied to more improve strength of the panel unit applied for use of construction or civil engineering.
본 발명은 판재유닛 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 바텀애시, 점토, 탄소나노튜브, 그래핀, 유약, 유기가소제, 분산제로 조성되어, 원료준비, 배합 및 혼합, 숙성, 성형, 건조, 소성, 냉각의 과정을 거쳐 판재로 제조된 후에 용도에 맞게 크기별 가공함으로써 건축용 판재나 토목용 보도블록 판재 등으로 적용하기 위한 판재타입의 자재로 적용되어 흡음 및 투수성이 우수하면서도 열의 축열효율을 향상시켜 난방용 고기능성 판재유닛으로 실내나 실외의 바닥 및 벽체 등에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 원료의 성분 중 탄소나노튜브 및 그래핀이 적용됨으로써 건축이나 토목 등의 용도로 적용되는 판재유닛에 대하여 강도를 더욱 증진시킬 수 있는 것이다.
