Disclosed is a guard rail for a median strip, which can be rapidly and simply installed. The guard rail for a median strip also provides a double shock absorbing effect. The guard rail for a median strip includes: a pillar installed at fixed intervals on the ground at the center of a road; a bidirectional integrated rail support; and multiple guard rail plates. The bidirectional integrated rail support includes: a bidirectional division connection body connected to the pillar; a pair of first shock absorbing connection bars extended from one side of the bidirectional division connection body; a pair of first rail connection bars vertically arranged on each of the first shock absorbing connection bars and extended from each of the first shock absorbing connection bars; a pair of second shock absorbing connection bars arranged to correspond to the first shock absorbing connection bars and extended from the other side of the bidirectional division connection body; and a pair of second rail connection bars vertically arranged on each of the second shock absorbing connection bars and extended from each of the second shock absorbing connection bars. The multiple guard rail plates are arranged to be symmetric on both sides of the pillar as both sides of the longitudinal direction are connected to the first rail connection bars and the second rail connection bars of each bidirectional integrated rail support connected to each pillar adjacent to each other. The guard rail for a median strip provides a rapid and simple installation process.
