COMBINATION STRUCTURE OF FLOOR DECK AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a wood deck combination structure and construction method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to solve a problem of difficult construction and a long working time caused by fixating the wood deck with a fixation means, such as a nail, a screw, etc., a problem of bad appearance due to the fixation means exposed outside of the wood deck, and a problem of an accident caused when the fixation means is raised by receiving an environmental effect from the weather. According to the present invention, a flattened U-shape body is inserted into a rectangular pipe (101) from a lower side to an upper side, and a first latch (120) performs coupling by inserting a T-shape insertion part (121) formed on an upper part of both side surfaces (122, 123) of the body into an insertion groove (112) of the wood deck (110) installed on both sides; thereby constructing the wood deck (110) by insertion without using a fixation means, such as a nail, screw, etc. Accordingly, construction and disassembly are simple and easy, thereby providing effects capable of remarkably reducing the working time and installation expenses, and enhancing the price and product competitiveness with respect to products of other companies.
본 발명은 목재데크 결합구조물 및 그의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 못이나 나사 등의 고정수단을 이용하여 목재데크를 고정하기 때문에 시공이 어려우면서 작업시간이 많이 소요되고, 고정수단이 목재데크의 외부로 노출되어져 외관상 미려치 못하며, 특히 기후에 따른 주변영향을 받아 고정수단이 솟아오르면서 안전사고의 원인이 되는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다.본 발명의 목재데크 결합구조물은, 사각파이프(101)에형상의 몸체를 아래에서 위로 끼워서 설치하며, 상기 몸체의 양쪽 측면(121,122) 상부에 각각 형성된형상의 끼움부(125)를 양쪽에 설치되는 목재데크(110)의 끼움홈(112)에 끼워서 결합하는 제1걸림쇠(120)를 제공하여, 못이나 나사 등의 고정수단을 사용하지 않고 목재데크(110)를 끼워서 시공하도록 구성하였다.본 발명에 따르면, 시공 및 분해가 간단하고 용이하여 작업시간과 설치비용을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있고, 타사 제품과의 가격 및 제품 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다.
