Structure for assembling exterior panel of building
The present invention relates to a prefabricated structure of an exterior panel for a building, simplifying construction and maintenance works, and providing excellent waterproof and sealing effects in assembling the exterior panels. According to the present invention, the prefabricated structure comprises a beam, and first and second exterior panels. The beam includes: a rear surface part lengthily formed in a vertical direction to be closely adhered to a wall surface of a building; both side surface parts extended towards a front side, which is an opposite side to the wall surface, from both ends of the rear surface part to be fixated on the wall surface with a fixation means as a medium; and a coupling surface including a first coupling surface formed in an acute V-shaped cross sectional structure towards the rear surface part between the both side surface parts, and a second coupling surface in bilaterally symmetric to the first coupling surface. The first external panel includes: a rectangular first planar surface vertically disposed on a front side of the beam; a first bent surface bent at an acute angle to be inserted between the both side surface parts of the beam at one side end of the first planar surface; and a second bent surface bent to be fixated by a fixation device at an end of the first bent surface when being closely adhered to the first coupling surface of the beam. The second exterior panel includes: a second planar surface displayed in a bilateral symmetric position to the first planar surface of the first exterior panel with respect to the beam; a third bent surface bent at an acute angle to be bilaterally symmetric to the first bent surface at one side end of the second planar surface; and a fourth bent surface bent to be fixated by the fixation device at an end of the third bent surface while being closely adhered to the second coupling surface of the beam.
본 발명은 시공과 유지보수 작업이 간편하게 되고, 외장패널들 간의 조립시 수밀과 기밀 효과도 우수하게 되는 건축물용 외장패널의 조립구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 상하방향으로 길게 형성되어 건축물의 벽면에 밀착되는 배면부와, 이 배면부의 양단으로부터 벽면의 반대쪽인 정면 쪽을 향해 연장되어 벽면에 고정수단을 매개로 고정이 되는 양측면부와, 이 양측면부 사이에서 상기 배면부를 향해 뾰족한 V자형 단면 구조로 형성되도록 제1결합면과 이에 좌우 대칭인 제2결합면으로 이루어진 결합면을 구비한 빔을 구성 요소로 포함한다. 또, 빔의 정면 쪽에 수직방향으로 배치되는 사각형의 제1판상면과, 이 제1판상면의 한쪽 측단에서 빔의 양측면부 사이로 삽입될 수 있도록 예각으로 절곡 형성된 제1절곡면과, 이 제1절곡면의 말단에서 빔의 제1결합면에 밀착된 상태로 고정구에 의해 고정이 되도록 절곡 형성된 제2절곡면을 구비한 제1외장패널을 구성 요소로 포함한다. 또한, 빔을 상대로 제1외장패널의 제1판상면과 좌우 대칭 위치에 배치되는 제2판상면과, 이 제2판상면의 한쪽 측단에서 제1절곡면과 좌우 대칭을 이루도록 예각으로 절곡 형성된 제3절곡면과, 이 제3절곡면의 말단에서 빔의 제2결합면에 밀착된 상태로 고정구에 의해 고정이 되도록 절곡 형성된 제4절곡면을 구비한 제2외장패널을 포함한다.
