Vibration-responsive automatic locking apparatus and furniture comprising the same
The present invention relates to a vibration-responsive automatic locking apparatus and furniture including the same. The vibration-responsive automatic locking apparatus of the present invention works stably when there is a seismic vibration in irregular directions and provides a door which is unlocked automatically without any unlocking process when the furniture is rearranged in the right posture. According to the present invention, the vibration-responsive automatic locking apparatus includes: a body-installed unit which includes a latch member converted to a locking state or an unlocking state; and a door-installed unit which includes an engagement member engaged with the latch member. The body-installed unit includes: a case which consists of an upper case and a lower case; a latch member which is engaged with the case by a rotation axis; an elastic member which elastically supports the latch member; a fixation guide which is formed on the upper case, includes multiple first grooves that spread out radically from the rotation axis, and includes a connection groove in a circular structure for connecting the multiple first grooves around the rotation axis; a rotation guide which includes multiple second grooves that face the respective multiple first grooves and is formed as one body with the latch member; and multiple rolling members which are arranged on respective paths formed by engagement of the multiple first grooves and the multiple second grooves, are located on the connection groove under normal circumstances, come out of the connection groove and move along the paths in response to the vibration of the furniture to limit the rotation of the latch member by meshing with the multiple first grooves and the multiple second grooves.
본 발명은 지진 진동 반응형 가구용 자동잠금장치 및 이를 포함하는 수납가구에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 불규칙한 방향의 지진 진동에 대해서도 안정된 작동이 가능하고, 별도의 해정절차 없이 가구를 올바른 자세로 재배치 할 경우 자동으로 도어의 잠금이 해정되도록 이루어진 지진 진동 반응형 가구용 자동잠금장치를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 잠금자세와 해정자세로 전환되는 걸쇠부재를 포함하는 본체설치부와, 상기 걸쇠부재와 결합되는 결합부재를 포함하는 도어설치부로 이루어진 가구용 잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 본체설치부는, 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스로 이루어진 케이스; 상기 케이스에 회전축에 의해 결합된 걸쇠부재; 상기 걸쇠부재를 탄성지지하는 탄성부재; 상기 상부 케이스에 형성되며, 회전축을 중심으로 방사형으로 뻗어나가는 다수의 제1홈과, 상기 회전축의 주위에서 다수의 제1홈을 연결하는 원형 구조로 형성된 연결홈을 포함하는 고정가이드; 상기 각각의 제1홈과 마주하는 다수의 제2홈을 포함하며, 상기 걸쇠부재에 일체형으로 형성된 회전가이드; 및 상기 제1홈과 제2홈의 결합에 의해 형성되는 각각의 통로에 배치되되, 평상시 상기 연결홈에 위치하고, 가구의 진동시 통로를 따라 이동하면서 연결홈으로부터 벗어나 제1홈 및 제2홈에 맞물리면서 걸쇠부재의 회전을 억제하는 다수의 구름부재;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 지진 진동 반응형 가구용 자동잠금장치를 제공한다.
